The site was easy to use. However some of the companies who called were not what I was looking for. One commented in an email that they "would send 3 strong men" Not the quality I was hoping for. A couple were a bit too pushy and looking for what I was quoted by others. 1 was good. I am keeping those details for when I need to move. Next time I will just Google, instead of this site.

Their site was easy to use. One company contacted us within 5 minutes. A wide range of companies: some were very professional and some that felt like cowboys (no ID, no literature, not even taking notes!)
(Because of the unprofessional approach of some companies I deducted 1 star; also because we didn’t get advised how many companies potentially would get in touch, or which ones, so we knew who were genuine and if any were spammers or not legit. They didn’t feel as ‘vetted’ as if I’d got in touch with companies myself’ which led to the loss of another star.)
