I purchased a MacBook through the Wowcher platform and paid £12.99 for express delivery, as I urgently needed it for work. When the item wasn’t delivered on the expected date, I contacted their support team for an update. They informed me that the item was out of stock and might take another week to arrive, but they couldn’t provide any guarantees.

Naturally, I requested a full refund. It has now been two weeks since my request, and despite sending numerous follow-up messages, I have yet to receive my refund.

I strongly advise against using this company. It has been a complete waste of time and money.

I bought a chronebook spin on a Wowcher with this company. The only downside was I paid Express Delivery at £12.99 and it took 2 and half weeks to arrive with no refund for the additional postage cost.

Other than that, the chromebook is good condition, signs of use as would be expected from a refurbished item, but working perfectly well.

Well packed in an inflated bubble wrap within a secured box. Charger included.

Set it all up and used it a few days and all is good. I've recommended to several friends.

After a 1 star review I was contacted by Renew Electonics with a link to provide the type of help I require and an offer of a partial refund. Still early days but there is now hope at the end of the tunnel. The original review stated 'No instructions, no details for help or assistance so I can't even attempt to use the device until I get someone with computer knowledge to set the thing up'. Nice to see they do care about the customer.

Arrived quickly and was as described

Delivery was earlier than expected which was a bonus. Packaged nicely, if a little flimsily given the cost of the contents. Maybe an extra layer of protection would help?
I did have a slight problem with start up, however it was a problem of my making. I emailed the company but never received any communication back, which wzs rather disappointing. Got the problem sorted myself and one happy granddaughter. Thanks

Always listing products that aren’t in stock 🤦🏻‍♂️

I ordered a refurbed MacBook and after it hadn’t been delivered or even dispatched I reached out to be told we are waiting for some to come in.

How do you list products on sites that aren’t in stock, take payments for them and then tell them 7 days for a refund 😅

Utterly appalling company. I bought a “refurbished” MacBook Air which arrived needing a password, which meant I could not use it and had to return it at my own expense. I then cancelled the order but they have posted another one back to me. Customer service is a waste of time and I very doubt that I will receive a refund. Do not buy from this company.

I purchased an Apple Watch through Wowcher which arrived in the allotted time. However on arrival the watch was scratched and damaged. It didn’t turn on and wouldn’t charge. I informed Renew Electronics I didn’t want another watch (this was a birthday present which was ruined). I returned this product to them 4 weeks ago and they still haven’t refunded me. Pretending to raise replacements even when emails specifically say no refund only. I’ve chased them again and they they said 7 days this was 12 days ago, when they continue to add 24/48 hours (which I know the refund still won’t be made). Please don’t use this company, you’ll receive faulty goods and very unlikely to get your money back. I am now taking legal action against them in order to get my money back

So ordered from Wowcher, cancelled within 10 minutes. Was advised I couldn't cancel which is a breach of Consumer Rights legislation. Was then advised they didn't have the item so was then allowed to cancel, which is odd? Then within 30 minutes get a dispatch notification for the item that was cancelled and that they didn't have in stock. Now I have to wait for the item to arrive, refuse it, wait for them to get it back and then wait another 7 days for them to process and a further 5 days after that so all in all if I get my money back it'll have taken close to a month!!! AVOID

Purchased an Apple Watch via Wowcher that would come with signs or wear & tear, when I arrived it looked like it had been scraped across the floor for 3 mile!!

Now after numerous emails and sending the watch back I should have received my refund on Wednesday 28th, today they’ve told me they’ve issued a replacement and they can’t cancel so I’ve now got to wait for it to be delivered before sending it back and waiting a further 10-14 for a refund

Terrible experience, first of all I paid for express 1 day delivery. It arrived 3 days late and no refund possible. Then when it finally arrived,it didn't work. According to their answer phone message their agents are always to busy to pick up the phone. I have left 5 messages, still waiting for someone to get back to me.
