Absolutely exceptional service

Absolutely exceptional service. My new key made from my not very expertly taken photo of an old one arrived in under 24 hours from ordering and works perfectly! Can thoroughly recommend and will use again without question if needed in the future!

Ten Stars!

There aren't enough stars to give these lovely people!

I'm a bit dim... A friend asked me to fix their lock on a roof box. All it needed were new keys, so I ordered them. They were here next day. But, they didn't work... I guessed right away it was my fault as I had read the numbers upside down (I know, I know).

I contacted RK and Hayley responded right away and confirmed I was a dork (she was actually very professional, didn't point & laugh, just informed me of the correct numbers & a link). I was also asked to return the incorrect keys for a refund! Wow! I honestly thought I would have to swallow that mistake! But they were unused, so...

Anyhoo, I have to give the company a MASSIVE thank you for helping out a dim witted bloke who now knows, next time, email a photo of the lock and ask which way up the numbers should be FIRST. i.e. is this a 6 or a 9....? Doh!
