Satisfied customer

A missing knife from an old Viners cutlery set was easily ordered from this site. Not cheap, but fairly standard price for such things. It arrived well packaged and in timely fashion.

Replacent request.

On delivery my wife found the necklace a little too long. At our request the unit was easily returned and a shorter unit supplied. Excelent service, cheerful and prompt response to our request. Thank you.

Fine

Item delivered as ordered. My only concern is that they use EVRI for delivery, who in my experience aren't always the best. Infact there was a delay in delivery because there was a 2 day delay in EVRI collecting the parcel after order. However it was well packaged and eventually arrived undamaged.
