Really gorgeous vivarium
Really gorgeous vivarium, everything is well finished and the glass front looks lovely. Was really easy to put together and also arrived very quickly! Thankyou so much my little noodle loves his new home.

No dead critters
My first order from the reptile centre…. Mealworms …. I can tell you two blackbirds, two sparrows and the occasional magpie are extremely pleased …. All mealworms thriving being fattened up vegetable leftovers, having safely arrived in a well tied bag inside strong cardboard box. No problems with the Service definitely cheaper than going to a local pet shop even with postage and 250 g of very good size worms. Excellent ….. .

They don’t disappoint
3rd time buying from NRC and like always they don’t disappoint. One of the boxes was a little bashed, but when I checked for any product damage there wasn’t.

My adult daughter wanted to buy a…
My adult daughter wanted to buy a tarantula, we left with a snake! The whole service from beginning to after sales has been excellent. As first time reptile owners we knew nothing, Zoe (mainly) was not only helpful and informative she also was extremely patient, every question was answered and we were and are never made to feel like we were annoying even after 4 phone calls in 1 day. Almost 5 months later they are still happy to answer any of my silly questions. 100% approachable, friendly and knowledgeable!

All Crickets arrived alive, despite high temperature during shipping. Crickets were all healthy and in good condition. Will definitely purchase again. Fast delivery, highly recommended.

This heat is not ideal for fruit flies! 😂
I was a little disappointed with my order, but given the heat, it’s understandable.
By the time I received my order, fruit flies and curly wing fly castors, the fruit flies were a mess! The food source had fermented in the heat ant the juices had gone everywhere and most of the flies had stuck to the tub, many were dead and I’m pretty sure some were drunk / passed out! 😂
As I said, given the heat I understand, it’s not your fault, these things happen. I’ll wait till it’s cooler to order next time! I’m just waiting and hoping my castors hatch soon, in this heat I’m sure they will!
