Great quality
Great quality. Great price and fast delivery. And the bugs was nice and healthy. Only problem is I ordered 2 packs of XL black crickets. And they wernt XL they was medium to Large at best. I'm finding this problem in alot of places recently. Only place that XL means XL that I have found is at my local Pets at home store. Fresh every Friday. But what time Friday is a mystery. Could be morning could be midday could be just before they close. 🤣

Bad delivery service
My order was sent is 3 different deliveries,
1- Royal Mail got tracking number not an issue came quickly.
2- APC no tracking number so don’t know when it was coming, I wasn’t in but parcel was left at front door.
3- APC no tracking number wasn’t in when delivered, driver took away with them. No card left no idea were it is or when it will be delivered. Disappointed tracking number would help specially on orders it says track order.

Assured humane treatment of mice.
Whenever I order, my frozen mice or rats come still frozen. I have queried the humane treatment of the animals, and have been assured they are treated well. They deliver the next day.
