I have just bought a car from Research Garages and the experience was first class. The process was made easy and comfortable by Ashley Draper, the Senior Sales Executive I dealt with who demonstrated superb product knowledge and an ability to explain things in a particularly lucid manner.
I have been a customer of this company since 2015 and have not had any issues either with them or the Fiat cars I have purchased.
Highly recommended.

I left my 1 star (JUSTIFIED) review on 29/05. I note that nobody has given me the courtesy of a response. There are many ways to do this - email/phone/via Trustpilot? I am embarrassed for Research that I need to point this out.
I also note that a 5 star review got an immediate response on here.
Shameful way to conduct business.

I've had 5 cars in total from research garage and never disappointed.The whole experience from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing.Dilan at the centre was brilliant and extremely helpful with any queries or concerns ,talked through all finance options clearly and found me a perfect jeep . I would highly recommended dealership.10/10

We originally had to contact Amanda Dux for some warranty work who was fantastic throughout . Once the parts had arrived Tamara contacted me to arrange a date who was also very efficient .
This was the first time that we had used research garage and top marks for the whole experience . Will definitely be booking in for service when it’s due .

I experienced some problems recently with my Panda 4x4 after 6 years of trouble free motoring. Following negotiations with both sales and repair staff I completed a part exchange deal in which I received a replacement Panda of the same age but with lower mileage. All aspects of this transaction were first class and my special thanks go to Sale Executive Olivia Hollis for masterminding this transaction.

The worse mistake I have made to buy a car from the Research Garage Nuneaton.

We bought a 500X 2021, 8000 miles and it should be okay. But since the day one it has been a nightmare.

The car was delivered missing some parts in the right door, then got a month to delivery it.

The service providing from them is horrible, they say that you are going to have support, but the car, after 8 month started to show some lights in the dashboard what is unable us to delivery safely and again we do not have any support from them.

The car suppose to be in a good condition, as the car is new and mileage low, but it is not what happened.

Don’t buy any car from them!!!

Nathan and Saber were great Nathan for sorting out my new car and Saber for the art work on the jeep I’m really pleased with Nathan he was really polite and helpful he did a brilliant job and Saber for keeping me up to date with the graphics I asked For on my car

Great service and very quick

We have bought a few cars from here, Ashley is such a friendly and knowledgeable person and once again made sure the car was perfect on collection . I find all the staff friendly and approachable even after the sale.

I bought an approved used Jeep Compass and it's fantastic, very low mileage, full service history, 12 month warranty and it had the best spec I could find in the U.K. for a great price. Dilan the salesman was fantastic, no pressure from Dilan at all, the test drive went well and I bought it the next weekend, had a new 12 month MOT on it when I picked it up and Dilan even took me to the local post office to sort the tax out. This Garage really is fantastic, Dilans communication is fab, he kept me updated by email and phone through the process, I'm so impressed with the service and my lovely new car and would 100% recommend this garage if you are looking for a new car. Dilan is the best car salesman I've ever met!

The reception person was fine but some mannerless oaf, who I presume was a service manager (he did not have the courtesy to introduce himself) was unnecessarily officious, rude and presumptive on the basis of his complete misunderstanding of a half overheard conversation and what I can only assume were his assumptions based on my appearance. Disgraceful behaviour. To be avoided.

We dealt with Heather in the rental dept in Hinckley. Excellent provision and customer service, would definitely deal with them again 100%. It flowed brilliantly, very smooth transactions; when there was a tyre puncture they told us bring it straight down and it was dealt with, we requested 3 changes for 3 different models and all vehicles were immaculately clean inside and out. Best experience ever in 40 years of dealing with a garage.

My second fiat 500. Very pleased with the support and guidance from Blake. He made me feel relaxed when I was asking questions and took me through the process confidently. He also connected my phone to the car. Thank you.

Just picked up my third new Alfa from Research Garage .As usual Dilan & Sabah made the experience very enjoyable . Research Garage are in my view very much a cut above other large dealers in the way they treat customers .
