Amazon uses this company for traffic…

Amazon uses this company for traffic incidents. I provided a police report and pictures to Amazon Amazon then push me off to a Reserv adjuster where they refused to do anything until I gave them the police report the same pictures plus additional pictures. Then, after five weeks they sent me to a different reserv for an estimate and would not move forward without pictures again. Now after several more weeks, they closed that case and opened another one requesting pictures again. This company is terrible. It has been 11 weeks now with no resolution.

I was hit by an Amazon delivery truck

I was hit by an Amazon delivery truck, I was told Reserv would be handling the claim and they just didn't. No response to my emails, then after two months they said I had to talk to another insurance company. Brilliant business model, they just wait until the claimant gets fed up and they close the claim.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience.

My vehicle (private hire taxi) was taken to this garage through my insurer following an accident on 9 January 2026. As a full-time driver, this is my only source of income, so delays have a serious impact.

The vehicle has been at the garage since mid-January, and there have been significant delays with poor communication throughout. I was given several completion dates which were not met.

On a recent visit, I found that the vehicle was still not repaired, and a key part (headlamp) had not even been installed despite being available. Staff provided conflicting information, and I was informed there had been changes in management and involvement of another company.

As of today, I am still without my vehicle and unable to work.

This situation has caused significant financial hardship and stress. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of organisation, communication, and accountability in this case has been unacceptable.

I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
