Extremely Disappointing Service - Lack of Communication and Unreliability due to “Heavy Workload”
I had an extremely disappointing experience. The lack of communication and unreliability of their service were simply unacceptable.
I made a late night booking reservation through their website at 09:49 PM for taxi pickup in Carcassonne, providing all the necessary details, including my mobile number and card information. According to their automated response, I was supposed to receive a call to confirm my taxi. However, that call never came. I waited anxiously, but no one reached out.
When I attempted to contact them using the provided number, I was met with an automated message that offered no clarity or assistance. I immediately emailed but received no further contact until the following morning around 07:00 AM.
The irresponsibility displayed is evident in their response. They claimed a heavy workload prevented them from responding promptly. They should not be taking your details if they cannot fulfil their commitments.
What makes this situation even more concerning is the late-night context. Leaving customers uncertain about the arrival of their taxi during nighttime poses risks to their safety and well-being. Their failure to provide clear communication and updates left me in a vulnerable position, unsure whether to wait or seek alternative transportation options.
What also concerns me is the fact that they collected my card information during the reservation process. It is not difficult to update a website or an automated SMS service to keep customers informed, for example, “We have to cancel your booking” or “Call this number for help” but they have not done so. This level of disregard for customer experience and potential implications is deeply troubling.
I strongly advise against using them due to their lack of responsibility, unreliability, and poor customer service. Their failure to communicate promptly makes them an unreliable choice for transportation needs.
