STAY AWAY - OVER PROMISE AND UNDERDELIVER

We were demoed R365 system for our 8 pizza restaurants. We were really happy with everything and signed up. However, as somethings go, they could not get us a per item cost!! The main reason we signed up. Wasted 30k almost on this junk that could not do what we wanted to do. We wanted to compare the price of a dish across platforms. During the sales process they said they can do it, once we got into implementation, they told us they could not. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS or only make the contract once they promise to deliver each item you are expecting. I repeatedly asked them throughout the process but these guys don't know what they are selling.

On top of that they holding to the contract terms and will not refund anything.
