Terrible experience - do not go there :-(
Spare you the details – this is just short;
We never got the table we were promised, even when recalling and confirming and they promised us all OK – a group of 8 was arriving and needed space (they were not arrived even when we left..).. but what’s wrong with keeping promises??
They mixed up our orders big time – which by the way came as the wind was blowing (no wind this evening) – even if we up front have informed how we wanted it in order to actual eat together at same time ….
The wine we ordered- from the wine card - they did not have, but instead of informing us; they tried to give us another year..we had to discover ourselves..
The service (or total lack of the same) is a separate chapter – a lot of people “working” there – all dressed up to a special fashion show – but S for sure without any service education at all! We are talking big time neglecting guests and a focus I do not now where is?? It was terrible!
Compare to the prices you pay, - you expect te night to be more than this.. actualle we get so much better service at most small places in paris… George used to be THE PLACE – great food, great waiter service where you just felt seen and serviced – this is now a dead end… so sad when places do not know when to hand it over to someone’s better and with a burning fire for giving customers the best experience – with this view you already could have gone the half way … instead they destroy it!!
