I had a small issue caused by my playing on 2 different BNET accounts. Customer service responded in a timely manner and guided me through the steps to easily verify and link them together. The guides themselves are great whether you are power levelling or just casually playing an alt. This combined with great customer support and timely responses makes restedxp a company that others should be looking to emulate.

Had an issue regarding a second Battle Net account and I messaged Velvanick on Discord and he got it sorted out quickly and without any problems. Great customer Service!

I reached out the RestedXP's Discord support as I was having account issues. Long story short I'd purchased the software multiple times and my battle.net IDs were a mess.

I was greeted by Velvanick, who was understanding of the mess I'd gotten myself into, looked into the purchase orders in detail and sorted the whole mess out.

Velvanick was a pleasure to correspond with and left me feeling happy and understood.

While the addon in itself is nice enough, the guides from RXP are really aimed at the more die-hard players/hardcore players that know what they're doing. As a casual WoW player, it's just sending me into death traps and I die more than I level. I'm sure it's a skill issue on my part, but just be warned that unless you're extremely familiar with advanced tactics in WoW, this is not for you. Definitely disappointed with my purchase and of course I can't get a refund anymore (otherwise I would have).

Been using guide for around a year. Its been flawless and takes the thinking out of where to go. No more wondering where to quest at. I highly recommend for new wow players and veterans. Customer service is also top notch, I dealt with Velvanick and he responded back within 2 hours and walked me step by step with linking my second battle net account.

Been using rested xp for about a year now. This is my first time getting into classic. Rolled Alliance on nightslayer and few months later some other buddies are getting back into it. But they want horde so i needed to create an additional battle.net account in order to play with them. After contacting support I was able to add this second account after verifying it does belong to me. 5/5 support thank you

Its not recomendable for anniversery.. i use too much time fighting creatures above my level, which means im dying alot. And it want me to buy stuff, so im constantly out of money. (on a fresh character)

It worked like a charm on wotlk classic tho.. but not on classic anniversery.

Save your money, and buy gold instead and use em for boosting mages..

Honestly I went to the discord and thought I had to reach out, but I checked my email and my support ticket was totally on me! They helped me in a discord call anyway and got me taken care of! Definitely spending more money with this company next year!
