Don't use your debit card to travel. The system is very unclear. Very hard to track how much money they take, for what and when. Also the machines usually "check you in" from the previous stop and sometimes also "check you out" one stop later, making you pay extra for your journey. Scam feeling all over it.
Switch tram that go over the same route every couple of days? No information about the switcheroos. High-schooler can do better planning of the routes.
This is a chimera of showing off green public transportation, but everything is made to push people using their car, as it is more profitable.
Tram every 15 minutes, very full, last time I was unable to rid it and had to wait 15 minutes for the next one.
Same for the bus, not enought, long waiting time, sometimes more than 20 minutes.
Less bus, but the city claims they are electric.
So, no services, faster to use your car, unfortunately

Please do yourselves a favor and don’t take these shit trains! They will delay you and the refund is not easy! Whatever you do don’t try! They are awful always with technical problems! I say get rid of the asap! Second time with this train last time the delay was 51 minutes. Now stuck. In the tunnel for 30 minutes! They politely say they will refund you but that is also useless! Still haven’t gotten my refund from last November because of the terms and conditions! Liars! These trains are worthless!

2.via their customer call service here again, but I call today, she told me I can do only number 1.

You turned off most of the escalators/elevators at the stations and terrible service after all the tax I and high traveling cost I paid? Come on RET.... you can do better!!! 💪
Dirty metros, the seats are looking like they have not been cleaned for weeks. Also buses are randomly canceled (from Rodenrijs). And then you have to wait for 20-30 minutes for a new one. What a shame.
There’s always a delay and it’s too common. Today it was a 2 hour delay and I’m still waiting. Last month, I had to spend 4 hours everyday to go to school because RET decided to fix two railways at the same time.
I was carrying heavy baggage, let an old couple board the tram first, but when I was going to hop on, the driver closed the doors on my face and left me there.
The tram was almost empty and I had been waiting on the stop for 10 minutes, so no excuses. What a (bad person)!
Always late, with wrong times on display. Last minute changing platform leaving people waiting for hours to go home from work. Now I understand why they advise people to bring water with you in the public transport during summer. You'll be stuck in the sun for hours and will dehydrate!

Too many people, I got whipped by an APP. Not physically, but someone used an app to whip me. Its just a sound to be specific. I did find it hilarious.
I had no clue what is NS flex so I didnt know about the system that two different memberships doesn't work together, but they still charged me money. I tought that transport system in Netherlands was better, but I guess I was wrong.
