Ordered a shirt at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. When I check my tracking, it says Royal Mail are waiting for the item from the sender.

I have contacted the company 4 times, with no response to find out where my order is.

They have stollen my money and not supplied me with any product! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Update-The only thing not true is the company's response to my bad review! They refunded me in February after several failed attempts of contact from me asking for the item or my money. Even when I was emailed to say I was being refunded, I didn't receive the money until almost 2 weeks later. That's 3 months after my order.... not immediately as you have responded! One massive lie.

Not a great experience so far. Ordered a shirt for my sons birthday on the 7th Jan. Money taken. Had an email saying it had been despatched on the 9th. Royal Mail tracking says they are still waiting for the package. Have contacted the company 3 times so far. No reply. Where is my order??

Although the communication wasn't the best to start with I can only imagine due to excess orders over the Christmas period, my experience was very good. The shirts I ordered where all as shown in the photos and were all packaged nicely. I have been contacted recently as one of the shirts doesn't fit me and they have been very helpful in sorting this out. Will be buying from these guys again.

The team at Retrosoccerkits were fantastic. Reassured us when our shirts were delayed by the delivery company. Helped us arrange an exchange as one shirt was slightly on the tight side (I would order a size up from your usual dress size) and let us know when the replacement was in the post. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

Was worried at first about delivery but now my royal mail tracking code is working, it does seem that the delay may be due to royal mail, and not retrosoccerkits fault. Hoping to receive the kits soon but will update my review if I don't.

Been looking to get the Torres shirt from when he scored that goal against Barca in 2012. Been tricky to find decent example. Found this company and ordered for an Xmas present to myself. Arrived on time and can now reminisce about when we were good and not getting beat every week by the likes of boro and forest. Love it.

Placed an order two weeks ago, I can see that the shipment still hasn’t been received by Royal Mail. Two emails and two Instagram messages sent to the RetroSoccerKits to ask for any updates and absolutely radio silence from them. I’m convinced this is a scam and will be avoiding these guys with a barge pole from how on - I recommend everyone else does (unless you’re looking to lose your money).

My order number is 12521 if you could provide any updates. Ps I’ve sent multiple emails through the company website with no reply!

I ordered three shirts from this company at the beginning of December, two of which were intended to be Christmas gifts. I finally received a package on the 22nd of December, however I was bitterly disappointed to discover it contained only one of the shirts I ordered. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and social media (including the form on their website) and have had no reply. I’m now out of pocket and absolutely appalled at the service (or lack thereof) that I have received. Will not be using this company again and will be sharing my experience with friends and family.

No hassles. I ordered and they delivered. I needed to exchange on of the 3 tops I ordered due to my kid not liking it. They swapped and communicated as I would expect.

Ordered 3 shirts, all of which came in time for christmas, the shirts are fantastic quality and very reasonably priced, one of the shirts i ordered was a size too small for my brother so i sent it back with a request for a replacement and within 2-3 days they've contacted me to advise the replacement is on route. Great shirts, great price and service to date

The order took a long time to arrive, but when I emailed them, they responded politely gave understandable reasons. Products arrived in good condition and quality.

And apologised for delivery time and explained themself.

We initially concerned as some other reviews that this purchase had run into trouble. However after some delay the goods arrived in and were up to our expectations.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option… Placed an order at the end of November for a shirt to give as a Christmas present. Got a delivery date a little over 2 weeks later, the parcel didn’t turn up on the day, the day after I checked and tracking info said my parcel was being returned as it was addressed wrong. I checked my email confirmation which had the right address (house also isn’t a new build/remote) and contacted Retro Soccer Kits to find out what happens next re. Refund / reshipping and… nothing. I’ve now contacted them a second time and still haven’t received a reply. This is TERRIBLE customer service. People like me put their trust into smaller businesses and are just left disappointed. Don’t bother buying from this website!!

First time using them and they not let me down brilliant quality of shirt and the range is very good would recommend people to use them
