Made order 19th Feb

Had no updates at all apart from tracking number which provides no update.

I'm worried this is a scam. Sent email and contacted on website but heard nothing.

Still waiting

UPDATE 04/02/2024
After this review I had an email from the company stating Royal Mail had my parcel , no tracking number given. Apparently it would arrive Monday which is today, and STILL no parcel. Requested a refund & have been told for a refund id have to send the item back. THE ITEM I HAVE NOT RECEIVED !!!!
ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL COMPANY!!!
Will update again if I’m refunded !!

My order did not arrive. No communication. No dispatch email . & Despite numerous messages I’ve still not heard anything from this company and not received my order. Very frustrating as it was a birthday present and the birthday has passed. I’ve asked for a refund as the delivery time stated on their website has passed. Currently waiting for a response but I’m not hopeful. If I’m refunded promptly I’ll rethink my review but like I said, I’m not hopeful.

Took a little time maybe some Mis communication but my top arrived it’s a cracker alright well happy

Got my shirt today and it’s just like the original from back in the day. Communication wasn’t great due to moving warehouse but the shirt was worth the wait. Did eventually hear from them and they apologised for the delay. I did think it was a scam due to the Royal Mail not updating the tracking link. Really need to change delivery process as when they create the label it goes into Royal Mail website but they still haven’t sent it. Seems like they only drop off at Royal Mail every now and again so you will have a long wait. I ordered on 28th Feb and now 9th March and still no sign yet so will be at least 11th before I get it. Probably need to be more realistic on their website with accurate delivery times to avoid the poor reviews as the product is good.

Edited - waited over a month for the shirt to arrive. Very poor communication throughout.

Shirt itself is decent just a shame I had to wait so long as the purpose of buying it was to wear in a charity football match.

Placed an order 28th Jan. Got and email saying due to a warehouse move that I can have a refund or 50% off voucher (no I didn’t see this banner on the website). Was happy to wait and the shirt turned up late February.

I gave 1 star because theres no option for zero stars, poor communication ,just dont reply to emails, i opened dispute and suprise suprise they reply , SHOP ELSEWHERE. The banner saying warehouse shut 4 2 weeks wasnt there when i ordered, i ordered a week b4 that , i was emailed asking did i want a refund or wait,they asked me to reply to them which i did asking questions of my own but they didnt reply after few messages so opened a dispute,then they replied obvisiously

Ordered 3 tops 2nd February. Sent 4 emails regarding my order. Have not received and reply. Shocking customer service.
I also placed an order back in November 23. It took roughly 4 weeks to get the tops. But at least I got replies to my email then explaining the delay. I have now received an email stating the items were out for delivery 20/02/24. I also received a 50% discount due to the delay in delivery. At no point was I told there would be a delay in delivery once order was placed. There was no info on them being shut while I placed order either. I have still not received any explanation on why they never replied to any of my post order emails or messages. James must have been too busy.

Ordered 2 weeks ago , website claims delivery in 4 days and have not heard a thing since despite two emails.

Buyer beware.

Update 22/02/2024:

In response to the reply below;
No I did not see the banner.
No i did not receive a 50% off code.

If the website was closed for two weeks, it doesn’t necessarily explain why it’s been 3 weeks with no response.

Anyhow, I have received notification that;

“The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail”

and I’ll patiently await delivery.

Update 05/03/2023;

I finally received my order, the Royal Mail tracking took over 7 days to update. The quality of the kits are good on first impression.

I have made another order, and expect this imminently (4-6 days) as the website says. I did use a 50% off code provided.

I will update this accordingly when this latest order is received.

I have amended the rating from 1 to 3 stars based on my overall experience thus far.

Great quality shirt, arrived super quick despite moving warehouses. Very pleased to add my favourite LFC shirt to collection

I made an order on the 31st of January and have received no email update since.

I had submitted a previous review and I received a response to say that they were moving warehouse and my item would be shipped from 13th of Feb.

The communication but this company is extremely poor, if you want a response from them you have to complain on Trustpilot as they do not answer their emails.

Please could someone update me?

Very good quality but unsure as to whether it's a genuine top or a fake (I don't mind either way but would just like to know out of curiosity) issues for me is that the carlsberg sponsor is slightly coming away from the top and it's too small. If they could contact me about this that would be great.

Although like some on here I have my products, still wouldn’t recommend to a friend or won’t be buying off here again.

Poor/no correspondence
Incoherent delivery dates that didn’t get updated
Lead me to dispute transaction through my bank
Seller now had his money back but was very quick to message when he didn’t have his money, but very slow to respond when I’m querying where my products are and even then no definitive answer

I ordered 3 shirts and they took a little longer than expected to arrive, but when they arrived the quality was great, and they looked great.

Placed an order with the company 20th December, payment taken 27th December and apart from an automatic email to say we've received your order on the 2nd January, I've received NO further updates despite messaging through their contact us page 3 times requesting an update with no replies whatsoever..... PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM

The good reviews must be fake reviews, because this company simply don't operate

RetroSoccerKits please respond to the PayPal dispute messages which are now 3 days old, yet you find time to respond to a review..

No emails were received from yourselves explaining this at all and you've not responded to the PayPal dispute despite messaging 3 times...

Damage limitation by responding with something that's obviously company speak and an unbelievable excuse "100's of package weren't scanned and then lost by Royal Mail" simply doesn't happen, your response won't change this HONEST review. I would like a FULL REFUND

I ordered three Manchester United shirts from here that I used to own as a kid (they got passed down to younger cousins as i grew up). The quality of these shirts is amazing and the details are spot on! Now I can reminisce about the days when we were a good team :) I see a few negative reviews on here but I personally had no issues with delivery, in fact it was very fast! Maybe it was just Royal Mail being Royal Mail over this Christmas period!? I will definitely be purchasing from here again!

Great communication especially when there is a small delay on delivery, reassured me and came within the teamframe. The kits were great quality and came with tags.

I will definitely buying from them again.

I had an email from the company saying that i will recieve a confirmation email shortly regarding the 3rd shirt which they forgot to send out. i am, over a week later, yet to recieve any further confirmation email or tracking detail for anything. quality of the companies product is undeniable but the communications and distributiong really needs improving.
