Same review as the others, ordered on the 13th of November as a birthday present. Received the Royal mail tracking number, but when I try to track it says the item was dispatched but never received by Royal mail. I have emailed on three occasions, completed the contact form on the website and no response really feel like I’m never going to get my item.

Poor communication, chinese imports
As below, shirt ordered - email says dispatched - get royal mail ref but when check that it says waiting for it to be sent so not much use.
ordered 18th Nov - emailed twice to ask where the shirt is and no response - worried I have been stitched up...not looking good. Sent messages on fb too.
Happy to update/change my review if James responds and delivers the shirts I have ordered.
In response to your response. I have emailed various times and also messaged on Facebook and messenger with no response. Please refund I no longer want the order under the 14 day cooling off period/distance selling act. The only way this can be delayed is that you are dropshipping from China. I expect this back in my bank within 5 working days or will report you to trading standards.
Update. Order arrived eventually, chinese writing on package. Buyers beware. This is not a legitimate UK seller but a drop shipper who orders from somewhere like DH Gate.

After the above Trustpilot review finally got a response and Royal Mail delivery status miraculously kicked into life.

No shirt no refund no communication ... Update on shirt . Still no shirt no address provided for neighbours. Company say it's been delivered but no proof of delivery and no address provided.
I ordered a shirt off this company and it turned up but too small. Sent it back which they confirmed they received.
Still waiting for the other shirt . Now not communicating through emails. Tracking order was just a Google type picture of my street . So no shirt and no communication and £40 down .
Been two months now
Be very careful with this company
If I could give them zero I would just awful
News . The company say it's been delivered to neighbours but no address provided. No proof of delivery. The shirt could have been posted to my address through the post box on door easily. So months without the shirt and no refund

Not sure this is entirely correct. You have had a replacement delivered to your neighbours as you wasn't home. This can be collected. Happy to send another if lost but you had a shirt arrive and a replacement sent out.
