Unable to use funds, no support response

I redeemed a $30 gift card successfully - balance is visible in my account. However, every attempt to create a virtual card
fails with an error. I've submitted two support tickets on March 24 and received no reply in 4 days. I'd be happy to update this
review once the issue is resolved, but right now the service is unusable.

This website is run by scammers

This platform is a scam. I was using a Nimy card when I received a message stating:
“Our card issuing partner has closed this card program. This means your card is no longer active. If you had a remaining balance on your card, this has been automatically returned to your Rewarble account.”

Following this, I transferred my remaining balance of $51.82 to a new card (Suna Mastercard), but the funds never reflected on the new card.

This is very concerning. Where is my money, and what exactly is going on?

It has been several weeks now and countless messages to them with no reply , my money is still missing ... PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE AIDS

Website errored & my money is no where? - Now the card is down

I purchased a Suna card with a balance of $115 and the card was created but it didn't have any money. My balance was deducted from my Rewarble account but the card has nothing (even after an hour)
The transaction history on the card shows nothing, but the account transaction history clearly shows my balance was removed from the account for the Suna Mastercard. I can't top-up anything either.

Edit: This was resolved and I recieved my money but my card is down & I'm not able to use it anywhere (the declined transactions don't show either)

Rewarble is a total scam

Rewarble is a total scam. My AliExpress refund of $18.27 was processed on March 20th (I have screenshots from Ali confirming this!), but Rewarble balance is still $0.00. I sent multiple support tickets with all the proof, IDs, and transaction details, but I am being COMPLETELY IGNORED.

Don't reply here telling me to 'contact support' because I ALREADY DID and you don't answer. I purchased through G2A and I will be reporting this to G2A Support and initiating a CHARGEBACK if this is not fixed immediately.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR PUBLIC REPLIES - THEY DON'T ACTUALLY HELP IN PRIVATE EMAILS.

We completely understand how frustrating this must feel - especially when you’ve already provided proof and haven’t received a response yet.

When a refund is issued by a merchant like AliExpress, the funds are first processed through their payment provider. Even if the merchant confirms the refund on their side, it can still take additional time for the funds to be received and reflected by the card provider. In most cases this takes a few business days, but in some situations it can take up to 15 days depending on the payment provider’s processing.

We also want to clarify that we do not control the refund process itself, as the funds are handled by the merchant and their payment service provider until they are released back to the original payment method.

Additionally, it’s important to note that pending authorizations or refunds on a blocked or inactive card may not be returned, as the card is no longer active to receive those funds. This is determined by the card provider’s system.

Regarding support, we sincerely apologize if you’ve experienced delays. During periods of high demand, response times can be longer than usual, but this is not the experience we aim to provide.

They are scammers. I’ve just radeemed 30$ and suddenly I’m down to 15$ even tho I havent used the money so don’t trust them.

suna cards are a total scam.
paid 17EUR for 15EUR worth of gift cards for rewarble. redeemed for suna card. it declines everywhere.
and also I didn't spend a single dime (cuz no one accepts it), yet my balance is now 10$. so i lost ~5$ just because.
and don't even get me started on their support.

The Suna card program has recently been affected by technical issues with the card issuer, which caused cards to be declined more often than usual. We completely agree that this is not the experience you should have had.

Regarding the balance difference, a $0.80 fee applies to each transaction attempt, including unsuccessful ones. This was communicated on our platform and official channels, as repeated attempts can lead to multiple charges and may also result in the card being temporarily blocked. Perfect website

Perfect website, with the rewarble Visa card after I ID verified, my transactions all work except the recurring ones, it’s a bit finnicky to use but they have the best prepaids I have ever used. It’s all super straightforward, just the fees are a little high.

Deceiving and ignoring users

I've been using the service for about three years. At first, they blocked my account without explaining the reasons and demanded a refund, although this money was a regular refund on my cards. After a lot of correspondence, the issue was resolved and I continued using the service, but recently the account was blocked again — funds remained on the balance, but it is impossible to use them. Support has been silent for more than five days. I am very disappointed with the attitude towards customers, it seems that the service is deliberately ignoring for some reason.
