I paid for a $5 Skrill rewardable from…

I paid for a $5 Skrill rewardable from G2G, but the product I received no longer works.

Despite this, they refuse to provide a refund or any proper solution. I essentially paid for something unusable.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend buying from them.

We would also like to clarify that Rewarble operates as a marketplace, connecting customers with various gift card providers. In your case, the Skrill voucher was fulfilled by one of our partners. While we facilitate the transaction, the voucher itself is issued and managed by the provider.

Please note that refund decisions are ultimately handled by the voucher provider, which means we are not always able to process refunds directly ourselves.

Funds are missing in my cards/account

Funds are missing from my cards.

$128 is missing from my Evi card. Card is discontinued or not working any longer.

$47 is missing from my Suna card.

Neither of these funds is on my rewarble account.

IMPORTANT:
This service is running a scam. The response to complain contains outright LIES and FALSEHOOD.

There has been no refund of funds removed from my Evi card. Also you act ignorant of missing funds for a service you provide for which you could easily check the account before responding here.

You also claim refunds are handled by the card issuer but then refunds are usually credited to the rewarble account since the card has been discontinued which makes it internal.

The response here also does not align with responses from them via email.

Lastly, it appears rewarble uses bot for positive comments. Each time there is a negative comment, rather than addressing it, they add 2-3 positive comments from their bot.

IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Regarding the Evi card, refunds for discontinued cards have already been processed. However, since refunds are handled directly by the card issuer and not by us, we would need to take a closer look at your specific case to verify whether the refund is missing or if there was any discrepancy in the refunded amount.

For the Suna card, we also need to review the card history in detail. In some cases, differences in balance may be related to transaction attempt fees. That said, we are currently refunding such fees as a gesture of goodwill once we review the case.

Visa and mastercard unavailable

Bought visa credit but turns out there is no visa, just mastercard. I'd be fine with that, if the product was actually available. The suna mastercard hasnt been available in the 24 hours since I have bought the credit, and based off other reviews here seems like it has at least been 2 or 3 days that it hasn't been available. If the mastercard offer comes back I'll remove this 1 star, but so far I've been sold a product that isn't actually on sale

Feels like a scam, missing funds and no support response

This feels like a scam.

Money was deducted from my virtual cards after failed transactions, and I still have not received it back. I contacted support multiple times through their website and directly by email, and they still have not replied after 5 days.

At this point, the missing funds and complete lack of communication are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Payment delcine by mastercard bought on rewarble and still emptied my virtual card.

My first experience was okay. But the second one is awful, i bought 20usd suna mastercard, tried using it, Each time no matterwhat i used it for, it either said "payment declined" or "issuing bank delcined" tried reaching out to support, no answer.
Now you might think its noit that bad, but each time it delined it took 3usd, so magically now, i am at 0usd balance, even tho each payment was declined. I triple checked and reloaded the page, still 0usd. SO it got used for nothing and emptied by either the bank suna/mastercard, either by rewarble.
Very disapointed, still waiting for the support reply.
