Rude and disinterested

Ordered some brown waxed cotton to repair a wax jacket. The material never showed up at my office (manned 24 hours a day) despite the Royal Mail tracker showing "delivered". Que dozens of emails with an individual who helpfully reminded me during each exchange that the tracker read "delivered".

When eventually I spoke to one of their employees, he would have had to try hard to be ruder or less interested. No sign of the waxed cotton but they keep the money. Avoid like the plague.
