Joshua and Francesca were great from start to finish. Although RG Law werent the cheapest quote for conveyancing these two made the quote worth it! Great communication and a sense of a modern touch to what is often feeled as a old touch out of touch process. If I called or emailed they always answered promptly without chasing.

My experience with Georgia on the BTL purchase was good. Prior to her, numerous other individuals were dealing with the transaction, but there seemed limited accountability or clarity on who is the single point of contact. Georgia is committed, responsive and seeks to find solutions.

An area on ponder is how to making better use of the App, as the process still relies on emails, despite an App that exists.

RG Law was recommended to us by the new build developers of the house we purchased and they got the whole purchase of the house completed quickly. They also acted for the sale of our old house, which despite some issues from our buyers, RG was able to get it resolved and completed on the agreed dates. 10 years ago I used RG Law when purchasing my flat. Now I have sold it, only to find out that they never registered the title deeds in my name, only the lease title. The chain was all ready to complete in April. I contacted RG Law and 10 weeks later we are no further forward. The whole chain is going to collapse and they don't seem to care! I would definitely NOT recommend RG Law.

We recently used RGLaw to sell a flat which was sold last October but took nearly 8 months to go through no thanks to the procedures of the 2 management companies involved. We had a couple of case managers along the way but then after recently joining the firm Amy Thompson took over as case manager in March. Amy immediately got to grips with the case and started chasing and sorting outstanding matters. Also more importantly keeping us informed. Amy gave me complete confidence in her ability to resolve problems , get answers without fuss and kept pushing to the extent that we eventually exchanged and completed on the same day. I'm sure you will have a great future Amy and this also applies to Jack who joined Amy as her assistant. Jack was also good at keeping me informed, being very polite and professional.
