Ordered a passionflower
Ordered a passionflower, arrived healthy with some nice buds. Planted to trail over a new arch in my newly planted gardens. Today probably about 2 weeks of being planted we have our first bloom, absolutely beautiful. Quality outstanding, delivered with no problems just a few days after ordering.

The condition of the tree I bought is…
The condition of the tree I bought is excellent - what wasn't so good was the delivery person leaving it in a huge box at my front door in full sun - I was out for several hours as no one advised me it was coming on that day. I feel it could have been placed by the back gate in a little shade and it would have been much easier for me to take it in than having to drag it through my front door and through the house out into the garden

Quite easy to order online. Only problem was not yours, it was the carrier's. They arrived two days late, having been claimed to have been delivered on the correct date and correct time, which they were not as I was at home the whole time waiting for them. Fortunately, being 3 Perovskias, they were drought tolerant and did not suffer from their experience. They're excellent plants. Thank you.

Great value honeysuckle
I purchased a Lonicera periclymenum Graham Thomas in 3L pot which was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. I had already purchased the same plant, same size pot from another supplier and had been disappointed by the health of the plant on arrival. The RHS honeysuckle was at least a foot taller and had more foliage for around the same price. I would order plants again from the RHS online shop.

Really bad quality of plants
Really bad quality of plants. I wouldn't recommend purchasing plants from RHS. The plants were not as tall as advertised, with no flowers - we purchased Jasmine creeper and rose creepers and the quality was really poor considering the cost of the plants. Would not Purchase anything from RHS.
