If I could give this company less then I would. Firstly I bought this for a Christmas present didn’t receive until 8 weeks later. My partner wore it for a week and it faded and the looked really worn, asked for a refund then proceeded to advise to send the defaulted ring back which I had to pay for to be posted, told them no and said I just want a refund. After emailing back and for for 3 months after no refund, I chased again then the sent me the same email they sent me at the beginning. Do not buy from this company save yourself the agro

Don't buy your jewelry here. It takes more than 4 weeks to get your order and after 1 month your gold plated ring is now copper/bronze waste of money

Never received my order. Customer service reply time (with generic answers) is about 2-3 weeks. My phone was crashed shortly after I placed my order with Riccardi, so I had to buy a new phone. My emails were compromised and I still keep receiving scam texts and messages on my number. Be careful with Facebook ads as this was where I came across this company. Many scammers use Facebook advertising. Also, Riccardi has never responded to any reviews on this Trustpilot page which proves they don’t care about their reputation and indeed scammers. I hope their revelation and punishment is around the corner. I know China executes scammers for their activities now.

In one word; terrible. Do not order by this company. It is not what you get, products are damage by delivery. Terrible comminucation. The products looks very cheap, the gold bracelet is not the real gold color. Expensive for what you get. Do i say more. @Riccardi Paris

Ordered a ring, took 5 weeks to arive, after wearing of 1 week the ‘gold’ already came off, turned copper and turned my finger Black. Customer service is nowhere to be found!

Do not! order here. I've ordered a ring on the 13th of december, and still do not have the ring. A lot of promises, and fake track and trace codes via the mail. But eventually still without a ring.

Don't order here, you will get scammed!

I have placed my order since 1 December 2025.
today is 22 January 2026.
I haven't received my orders yet.
I have sent many emails, they are partially replying with silly excuses.
- they promised 50% refund, I haven't got that!
- they promised 100% refund if I didn’t get the order after a month. And here we are after more than a month.
- they promised to send me a new order as a matter of compensation. And that did not happen too.
- The order tracking is showing one ring only being shipped while I have ordered two.
- they refunded one ring amount, but the refund was made as a credit on their website, Like I am going to use them again :)

If I could put 0 stars I would.

The item took over a month to arrive, within a week of wearing my ring it had tarnished and discoloured and left a green mark on my skin.

I've had no reply to my email of complaint.

The quality of the ring, was not as desribed at the website. Within 10 days, the coating was damaged already.

Such a scam. The website looks like a Parisian boutique, but the products are cheap Chinese rubbish. Please don’t buy from this store. I also ordered birthday gifts — it’s been 20 days and nothing has arrived. They replied once saying it was “on the way” and then stopped responding altogether.

I received the “Whisper” ring as a Christmas gift and was initially very happy with it. Unfortunately, after wearing it for just one week, the gold color started fading on the underside, the edges turned pink, and worst of all, the ring turned my finger black.

This is shocking considering the website clearly advertises the ring as “Made to last – waterproof, non-blackening & non-rusting.” My experience is the exact opposite.

The ring is now unwearable. I contacted customer service but have not yet received any reply.

Based on the quality and lack of response, I feel the product description is misleading. I strongly regret this purchase and would advise others to be cautious.

After a week, the ring completely lost its color, and it hasn't been worn to wash dishes or take a shower. Never again. Terrible quality, and the lettering is completely invisible.

Then they told me after 2 weeks okay we will refund the products.
They put refund in my Riccardi account.. they think i will order again?! Never. So I said I want refund in bank and they say okay we will fix that. That is also 8 days ago , NO CONTACT NO MONEY NO PRODUCT.
I am done. No positive thing about this company.

It's a scam. Chinese "jewelery" with a French address to deceive customers. Ordered a Xmas gift with 3-6 days of delivery (assuming it was coming from EU), and it's been weeks without any development on tracking information and no customer service response.

I ordered and paid a jewel more than a week ago, still not arrived, no reaction whatsoever to the mails I send them

after 3 weeks of mail contact, the ordered item is all of a sudden not available anymore.
their communication is very bad as they always say that they inform with the backoffice, but after that you have to mail them again and ask them for updates. and again they will ask backoffice. such bad experience. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!
