Brilliant first visit to a Richer Sounds shop.
Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and gave good advice on what to buy.

We spent an excellent two hours picking our stereo and speakers. The help we received was professional, and friendly, and without pressure. The staff are well informed and good natured. It was a really positive experience. More so, it was fun.
The after service was very good too. After I'd struggled with something I didn't need to struggle with, was met with kind and supportive words.
The system were chose not only sounds great, but it looks great too. I'm still struggling a little with all the things it can do, and how to get them to do it, but I have no doubt I can seek support if I need to.

I ordered a loudspeaker on the phone - only one left! The person I spoke to was very helpful. When he had difficulty getting through to the store he sent an email to keep me informed. Having secured the item he phoned and waited patiently while the payment went through- several processes were needed by the card provider- to ensure it cleared. I felt cared for throughout the process, treated as a valued person not just a number.

Having bought several items in the past, I knew that the quality, price and customer service is second to none, so when I was looking to purchase a Sonos Era 100 speaker went straight to Richer Sounds.

The staff! Fred is a really nice and helpful guy who knew exactly how to sort out a problem we had.

After many years away, relieved to find customer service standards have not slipped. Stock management systems could be improved; other than that, still a great company. Fast delivery, trouble-free ordering, helpful store staff, great prices, good range.

I recently purchased a Sonos soundbar on the recommendation of Which?, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service from Richer Sounds.
The manager of the Bath branch is particularly helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice without being pushy. I’ve been really impressed with the service and, based on my experience, Richer Sounds is definitely my first port of call for this type of purchase. Highly recommended!

When I enquired about availability, delivery, and warranty of a TCL 43 P7L tv the store manager said he would call me back with all the details, and he did !!
This was contrary to the experience I had with other suppliers of the same product.
It was a no brainer so I bought my tv from Richer Sounds in Bath.
