Perfect
Visit the shop looking to place an order for JBL speakers and stands. Dave ordered them in, the price was the best to to found. I was kept upto date on the status of the order as they were being sourced from outside the UK.
I was contacted by Dave who then arranged a delivery date covenant to myself.
The delivery guys Rob and Warwick phoned ahead to make sure I was in for delivery then arrived exactly on time, the good it perfect condition.
Stress free ordering, great service.

The delivery men were excellent. Sent me a text with my delivery window. I asked if they could message me 20 minutes before they were due to arrive. They were more than happy to accommodate and arrived exactly 20 minutes from the message being received. Excellent care taken unloading and very professional. Followed all instructions. Highly recommended.

Great company
Great company. Delivery info was very good with a 3 hour time slot. They arrived within the designated time and carried the tv in to house and put where my daughter requested. She said they were very friendly and helpful and even gave her some tips about the set up of our new tv.

Seamless process. Text this morning confirming delivery slot. Phone call 20 mins in advance.Arrived on schedule Grant and Karol turn up. They unloaded put the TV where I needed it, had a chat signed the paperwork and they left. Top team!

Richer Sounds are excellent.
So pleased I used Richer Sounds to buy my new TV. Whole service from start to finish was just brilliant. It arrived less than 24 hours after I'd ordered it. Rob and Mike were fantastic handling the delivery. Fully updated all morning before they arrived. Carried it in the heat up our narrow lane and brought it inside the house. Some great setup tips and just generally lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.
