Ordered a new TV from Richer Sounds on Friday. Was delivered on Monday. Great communication throughout. Had a text on the morning of delivery with a time slot and then received a phone call prior to delivery to let me know they were on the way. Karol and Rob very friendly and helpful. Having dealt with Richer Sounds before it was an obvious choice when upgrading our TV. Visited their Liverpool branch who couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered A Hisense TV & soundbar & arranged a delivery day that worked for us. Delivery on time & the guys were great. So pleased with purchase & service.
