Initial meeting with Simon was great. He understood what i was looking for and pointed me in the right direction offering me a great deal rather than pushing the most expensive option.
Quote promptly provided and reply to additional query answered quickly.

Despite shop just closing due to bank holiday, the guys let me in to make my purchase on my second visit even though it was 10 minutes after closing time.

Sale went through and as promised my goods arriving tomorrow free of charge and inside the expected timescale.

Just need a good result for Scotland v Haiti to make purchase worthwhile 😄

I have pre-ordered a turn table needle and instead if delivery to my place, course it thru their branch hear in Glasgow. They were kind enough to inform me every time there is an update on the delivery process. Efficient service and happy with the product.

Wanted a couple of subs so thought I'd call for a deal & I wasn't disappointed.
Spoke with a very nice gent (sorry, unable to recall your name)from Glasgow who did indeed strike a very satisfactory deal with me.
Subs arrived the next day.

Slight rushed. Sold a scat cable which I didn’t require as there was a scat cable supplied. Also, the sales person was not aware of the DVD and its capability’s. I had to note the specific details. The sales person was not aware and noted this, saying it would cost thousands of pounds for the multi region dvd player.
Disappointed as this was my first visit and recommended by friend.

Very helpful chap called David introduced me to a digital stylus gauge when I bought a replacement stylus. He demonstrated how to use it and how to set up my turntable. Very knowledgeable and friendly person. Thank you.

I decided to order a new WiiM Ultra and opted to do so by telephone. I was routed to the Glasgow branch which is rather funny as I now live in Leicester but was born and grew up in Glasgow.

The order was taken by Jordan who was very knowledgeable and sorted things out quickly and easily.

Best of all, my purchase arrived 24 hours later.
