The staff were great.
I bought an amplifier and speakers.
The speaker wire was free but it was one piece. I cut and trimmed it to use it as two wires. I was expecting it to be prepared at the shop. Not a big deal but it would be a nice touch.

Great price and fast delivery. Friendly, helpful staff in the Glasgow store. They even refunded my £2 parking ticket price, which was a nice gesture.
Only complaint would be that whoever packed my amp for in-store collection stuck a large, sticky DPD delivery label directly onto the amplifier's presentation box. Not very nice as it was a gift for my son

Visited the Glasgow store to see and listen to an amplifier. David assisted and showed the product off to his knowledge. Very friendly and happy to discuss and show other products. Got the amp for less cost than other stores, even online.
Had delivered to the store and was unable to pick up. Simon delivered it on his way home. Unbelievable service. Have bought things before. My go to store.
Also 6 year warranty is unbeatable.

I wanted to purchase a turntable, amplifier and speakers for my daughter’s birthday. The staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was great to get advice from experienced users about the products and which would be most suited for a first entry level combination. The items purchased were very competitively priced and delivery was also quick. The system is now set up at my daughter’s home and she is absolutely delighted with the products and the amazing sound quality. I would like to thank everyone at the Glasgow store, particularly David whose advice was greatly appreciated when choosing the right combination. Also a mention to Jordan for his assistance when collecting the equipment at the store. Ps nearly forgot another thank you for the umbrella offered which did come in very handy during the downpour as we were leaving the store. Excellent service, polite staff and item delivered in time

I personally got great service in Glasgow Richer Sounds from David.
After a couple of visits I decided on a new Technics SL1200 gr2 turntable.
Incredibly this was delivered and installed in under 24 hours, I’m absolutely delighted.

I was only looking for a replacement Ortofon 2m blue cartridge replacement, but phoned the Glasgow store to check it was in stock before going to collect. Was put aside for me to collect. Perfect 👌

Bought a denon av receiver but really wasn't for me going from a two channel setup to a surround setup was a mistake for me,not that there was a problem with it,it was just not the sound i was after, was worried I was stuck with it, caller richer sound and was told to bring it back, no questions asked just as long as it was in the condition it went out , swapped it out for a wiim amp ultra, back to a two channel setup and im loving it, my last amplifier also was from here and my next one will be aswell, they don't just rush you to part with your money and get a sale, I spoke to 3 different guys in the sales team and everyone of them were so king and professional, I honestly would tell anyone looking for any audio products to go here,top class sales team,and thanks for making a hard customer happy.
