All companies should adopt the same customer care as Richer Sounds. Their help was so appreciated by me. Deliveries where exceptionally quick. When I had a problem they sorted it quickly(my fault, not theirs). A first class company that I would be happy to use again.

Great company to deal with, great price i paid for my tv. second time i bought from these, delivered when I needed at no cost. Free 6 year warranty, you have to be nuts not to buy from Richersounds

Was looking for a new TV so popped in to ask about what is recommended. The staff where very helpful and knowledgeable so i went ahead and ordered it for delivery and had peace of mind with their 6yr warranty offered with the TV i chose and if you are not happy in first days of owning there is no hassle on sorting out a return which is a bonus.
Very happy as a first time customer to the store.

When I called on the phone the manager (Paul) was very helpful .. but was not around when I visited the store to view the TV. I was then helped by another very knowlegedable and helpful guy (Kal) who gave me a quotation but when I called to confirm the order, he was not around and whoever was meant to call me back never did! In the end I called again and placed the order. So - very helpful and very knowledgeable staff who were empowered to construct a deal - but the lack of continuity re a single point of contact is a little disappointing. Great products at great prices though and so well worth persevering!

Extremely helpful staff member who discussed the TV and the advice confirmed my choice and collected TV from shop the next day. The large item was placed in my car by the shop staff. Great service and great TV.

A local store is which I've always used for my hifi products and even though I've left the city, I still returned to buy my latest purchase. The prices beat everyone else, the staff were really very helpful even loading it into my car, when picking it up, and anything I needed help,assistance or advice they was there and very very knowledge, they are the institution to go for all your hifi, TV , speakers etc.

I went there with a clear idea of what I wanted and the staff were very knowledgeable and offered alternatives for me to consider but no high pressure sales talk. Their whole aim was to give me the information to make an informed decision.
Once the decision was made, the paperwork and delivery was easy to complete. A thoroughly pleasant experience and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
