The staff in all the stores I've visited have been super-friendly and super-knowledgable.

They give you their time and attention and provide suggestions based on what you want rather than just to make more money.

I bought a TV recently. There was an issue with it but the staff quickly and efficiently resolved the issue.

Repeat customer. This time for a tv. I chose my own after initial research. Knew what I wanted. Phone R/S. Paid and delivery was arranged in 2-3 days afterwards.
Paid for installation and the installation team were superb. Knew their stuff (obvs) polite and tolerant ( Phil and his mate).

Exceptional and knowledgeable service. I had to return an item which did not meet my needs. The manager and a sales assistant dealt with me in a polite and friendly manner. They went out of their way to do research to find me a replacement product, even though they were unable to source it from their own product range. I don't come across this kind of exceptional service very often these days.

Staff were really helpful in helping me choose the right turntable for my requirements. I had done some research online prior but it was great having actual people to ask about it.
Their advice never felt like a sales pitch and they were friendly, personable and professional.
Would definitely recommend shopping here.

I would always rather go to richer sounds as the employees know there stuff and when I rang I got good advice so very pleased with that.The TV I bought was at a good price and a 6 year gaurantee is wonderful.A quote to have it set up ( not installed) at £80 reduced from £100 was quite high ( I know you use an out source ) so I collected myself at the Leeds store.I got there when the store opened car park full had to park on the road where double yellow lines are & block the road as in the centre of Leeds very risky( I didn't get to go into the shop to look around).Collected the TV got home no instructions , no one mentioned this all on line aparently!!! I am from the older generation instruction would have helped.I fitted the stand and set up the TV myself ( no way should anyone be charged £80 for setting up my LG 48 inch T V.I was promissed a discount on the stand as the free delivery as advertised wasn't available on my purchase ( APARENTLY BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE TV FROM THE SHOP NOT ON LINE!!!! I got £5 discount not what I expected.
I haven't and don't complain you have asked for my opinion so I have been honest & factural.
Having said what I have said I will always look at the equipment Richer sounds sell before any where else and I beleive the expertise of the employees is SECOND TO NONE.

As always when l buy from Richer Sounds although l know what l want to purchase.
The service abd help l get is always top notch.
I have always used them for my Home Cinema,TV and Audio purchases
And if l need an upgrade l will visit again

I had an amazing experience with Richer Sounds in Leeds. Gavin was so helpful and went above and beyond in ordering my new TV, checking expected delivery timings and then swapping the order to a different model when shipping from the supplier was longer than they’d been originally told.

I’m so happy with the TV and the customer service I had. I cannot fault them and can highly recommend Richer Sounds Leeds.

Managed to reserve a much wanted Hisense model - Richer Sounds in store team were excellent.

These guys are absolute perfection. I bought a few things three years ago from Richer Sounds in Leeds and called with a few questions about re-installing in my new home. Amazing and personal customer service, friendly and no expectations or pressure selling for new stuff. This is what shopping should be like, not that shop with the spicy food name.
