Bought a new TV from Richer sounds and the whole experience was top notch...from ordering to free delivery...the whole process was very easy and stress free...my particular TV came with a free 6 year guarantee; which is the icing on the cake... Been a richer sounds customer for the last 45 years and the customer service has always been first class.

I used your web site to make a request for an open box TV & I received a reply from one of your shops fairly close to where I live.
After a phone call I arranged to visit. Sam in the shop shows me the TV & turned it on. It had a scratch but it was highlighted to me without having to ask.
I did buy it & as it was open box it had a discount to the usual price.
I was pleased with the service & the Cello TV I bought.

Ellis was very friendly , laid-back, very knowledgeable and I felt NO pressure or obligation to buy. I initially went into store to buy Headphones but also wanted to chat about the possibility of upgrading my TV . Ellis advised and recommended and I was very happy to go with suggested brand . He kept well within my budget but I asked him to go up to my budget and I went with his further recommendation . A happy , smiley gentleman who I would gladly recommend to anyone.

site was easy to navigate. Order process straight forward and 6 year guarantee amazing. If i had to ask for something to be different it would be clarity of the delivery /collection process
I now know that because my order was later in the day click and collect was 48hrs not the next day as i expected. Thats more about the excitement of purchasing (and not wanting the sale to time out) than a criticism of the process. However, had i had a pop up at time of purchase to say when it would be available or a note when order confirmation was sent it would have been clearer to me and saved the disappointment i felt. I stress that’s more about how i felt not what you did wrong

Very helpful and great service. No high pressure salesperson. From ordering to delivery it was really good.

I telephoned the national number to enquire about an LG tv they directed me to my nearest store Prestwich. Spoke to an assistant there who arranged for me to pick up the tv I wanted called at the store and it was ready and waiting took it to the car and placed in boot. Every person who I touched during this transaction was more than helpful and informative.

Went into the Prestwich branch looking for a start up kit for my flat. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, sorted me out.
As a newbie couldn't quite get it up & running when it arrived, called the shop, no bother sorted me out over the phone.
I won't be looking anywhere else when look to expand the system.

The prices in the Summer Sale were better than Amazon for projectors so I decided to buy a new projector. Sam the manager of the store was extremely helpful and took his time to show me and talk me through lots of potential options. Eventually we agreed on a Ben Q GP520 that was not in the sale but was perfect for all of my requirements. Sam then found me an amazing price for the projector as an open box model was in stock at another branch. The projector arrived within a couple of days and is absolutely perfect for my cellar room. Thank you Sam and Richer Sounds for going above and beyond what I could ever have expected.
