GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRODUCT
I ordered a Cambridge CD player via the Richer Sounds website. A nicely laid out website and very easy to use when it came to ordering the product. The item arrived promptly and well packaged. Easily installed into my hifi system the CD player worked brilliantly. I am very pleased with it and am now considering upgrading my record deck too. Only one place to go to do that and that is RICHER SOUNDS. I should also mention LUKE at the Reading branch of RS who answered my initial call and guided me towards my new CD player. A big THANK YOU to him and to RICHER SOUNDS for a great product and service.

A Trusted Brand
I’ve used Richer Sounds in Reading for years. Customer service is excellent and the price is always right. Delivery this time was hours not days for a huge LG TV. They outdid themselves this time. Wouldn’t buy from anyone else for home cinema. They are true to their marketing when they say they want to have customers for life.

The people at the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful obviously up to date with the latest technology. The advice I was given was excellent and have recommended them to friends. The delivery was just as good with nice polite delivery driver.

Really good service from Richer Sounds
Really good service from Richer Sounds, as ever. Luke at the Reading store was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in explaining our options to us. The only downside was the limited range of sound bars available, but we were able to sit in the experience room and hear what they sounded like. So a good outcome in the end.

The telephone service was excellent but..
The telephone service was excellent but i found it strange that i could not order the product online myself. Staff are excellent, system seems to miss an opportunity.

Items can be ordered online directly by customers, but often staff in the branch will suggest to order via the branch instead as they have access to the most up-to-date stock information, and also have the ability to pull stock from another branch when our warehouse is running low. James at Reading store answered the phone and agreed to setup a demo of the Yamaha RS202D with my CD player. I came in store he was ready allowed me time to convince myself it was the right buy and then got a product ready and helped me carry it to the car.

Delivered in white ..came in good time..people are knowledgeable and helpful ...also comes with a 6 yr warranty...ive purchased my whole system from Richer sounds ..never had an issue..but never been able to set up my Marantz PM7000N with the Tv even after a change of Amp..Will definitely buy from them agsin 9/10
