As usual great advice from the Guys in Reading shop. Popped into to buy some speaker cable and to get an old Arcam amp checked out. Been a customer for years and will continue to be so👍

We came in to purchase a new Cambridge audio streamer for our daughter. We had an idea of what we'd like to listen to & James helped usnthroughbthe selection process, explaining the options clearly & simply. We had a chance to listen to the device in their soundproofed studio & enjoyed the whole experience.

Contacted them by phone on a Saturday and spoke to Ian. Explained I had a hearing impairment. He was so helpful with every aspect of the transaction carefully explained the process to me. It was a Saturday and their finance dept were not available however he checked my screenshot of the BACS transfer and promised official receipt after the bank holiday. Kept in touch all the way through up until the efficient delivery. I really cannot fault them and would highly recommend. The price was also attractive as the box had been opened but item not used.

Recommendations from the team in the Reading store plus the opportunity to audition several set-ups in their listening room convinced me to make the purchase of a new streamer, amp and speakers. To top it all they provided an attractive price and next day delivery.
A minor mixup about an interconnecting cable was quickly resolved.

I ordered my device online for collection at your store, the only emails that I was expecting were from your store telling me that the item was ready for collection, not confusing emails from DPD. Your staff when collecting device were very helpful.

Service excellent from Manager Steve of the Reading branch. Assisted me on my choice of Amp to replace my ageing Yamaha RX-V681. The Denon AVC-X3800H. Also currently heavily discounted from original selling price.

TV & speed of delivery was good, staff very friendly.
When I rang DG to register the 6 year warranty, I was told it was just a year. I tried to call Richer Sounds. Nobody answered and I was informed by the system I would be called back. It’s been 4 days now so I assume I need to call again.
