Competitive and informed.
I’ve been buying tvs from RS for decades now. This one is a very nice 65” oled. From LG. Buying something like this direct off the web without seeing picture quality seems nuts to me. RS are always competitive on price and are one of the few remaining business in this sector that commit and value an actual premises where you can go and see expensive AV and televisions side by side to get real world experience - a views on the product and superb expertise.

Put a JBL Flip 7 speaker aside for me to pick up the next day. Great sounding speaker, the third JBL bluetooth speaker we've had for the family (on your recommendation), really excellent bit of kit.

Delivered in two days.
Being in our eighties and nineties we are not very
tech savvy so called the branch for help.
That evening the sales person that sold it to us knocked on our door and sorted it out for us.
