Richer Sounds - Solihul Reviews 

You habe a massive choice in hifi's but though your staff have loads of knollege they think everone has the same , ok so i am knockin on a bit age wise but i still want to know what i am spending perhaps up to £1000 on a hifi ,not just a passing chat in between the next customer. In resent weeks mths i have been in your solihill store and knew no more than i did at the start. Yes i did make a perchace but did all the research i could myself. Why did i spend my cash at richersounds because the deal worked better for me ,ie 6yrs warranty

I had always bought from Richer Sounds on the basis they were light years ahead of competition in terms of customer service.

They always felt like a sensible business with sensible policies - rather than the computer says no in the face of common sense approach a lot of big companies operate within.

I recently bought a tv and sound bar and decided to use their 0% finance offer. Just be aware that their price promise doesn’t apply if you select finance - which is a bit disappointing.

Given it’s heavily advertised as a USP or the brand I was surprised too. I’m sure it’s written somewhere but it wasn’t obvious to me this would be the case.

It meant I ended up paying +£££ more for an item, which now makes me just think I should have bought from one of their competitors after all.

Staff were nice about it.

We’ve been using Richer Sounds for years so when it came to replacing a TV we naturally chose them. We had already worked out what model, more or less but just had a few questions which Stuart from their Solihull quickly answered. The TV was delivered very quickly and delivered to the room it was to be used in. I am very pleased with the service I received from Richer Sounds and always recommend them.

Prior to purchase I received some great advice from staff in the store at the Solihull branch. They were extremely knowledgeable and this was really helpful for me making a decision about which speakers to purchase. They also offered help should I have any difficulty setting them up. Although I could have purchased them a little cheaper from an online market store I felt the advice and potential follow up customer service was entirely worth it.
I had full confidence that if there were any issues after purchase it would be dealt with satisfactorily - no issues so far, thankfully.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

so I popped out for a trip to solihull with my wife to get out the house and as we were walking up the high street I happened to notice the store and saw the
Technics SL 1500 C in the window and went in for a look at it
originally I had no intention of spending the £899 on a turntable at all but I got into a conversation with Samuel who after attaining my potential budget had offered me an Audio Technica version and a nice one too at a budget price along with speakers at the price of the Technics turntable .
Never once did he try to push the sale for either product and gave some great professional advice along with a written quote for me to think over
so after a coffee I went back and yes purchased the SL1500 C with the Cambridge LR S blue speakers with it, way more than I had planned on spending today but I was really happy with the service professionalism and general chat and the next day delivery. Thank you Sam for a great experience can't wait to drop the needle on some Pink Floyd and Ozzy vinyl again, i will definitely be back for more gear to grow my set up again. definitely a store to visit just for all your Audio Visual needs or just a look ... oh and also picked up a copy of AC/DC Back in Black gold vinyl and Ozzy Osbourne Blizzard of Ozz which I was after as a back up to my originals so all in all a great day once again thank you fora great experience

A very smooth purchase from a great bunch of guys.
Ordered online and picked up my TV from the branch. Upon phone/email contact with the branch the sales assistants were very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend them to anybody.
The only confusion can occur is the parking for the pickup however they will guide you as to where to park.
