Purchase of a TV. Ordered on-line with a request to price match, the salesperson listened to my inquiry, checked that this was a valid requested and I placed the order. Throughout the salesperson was attentive and helpful. The TV has been delivered as agreed and is working fine.

Polite and efficient customer service from Vik at the Telesales Department. Clearly had the knowledge and expertise to answer all my questions first time and without reference to others.
Order was price matched and I secured an extra £10 discount which made the shopping experience all the better!
Richer Sounds use DPD as their carriers. DPD have never let me down. Richer Sounds told me the delivery would be 3-5 working days. The product was safely delivered next day and within thirty hours of actually placing the order which is superb.
So good to find a company that has good customer service and delivery.

I turned to Richer Sounds when other high street retailers could not deliver all the products I wanted in less than 3 to 4 days, RS delivered next day and at a lower price, whats not to recommend with that, great service.

I then found the speaker was about to be discontinued. On calling your assistance line I spoke to Geoff (Jeff) who volunteered to call the shops for the item. He then called back within 2 hours to report success. It was sent to me without delay and is absolutely perfect. I'm extremely grateful for the service and response.

Richer Sounds had the best price for the Manhattan Aero Freely tv internet streamer. It was ordered on a Friday and although it was only guaranteed to be delivered within three working days Monday to Friday, it appeared next day, Saturday.

I had already done my own reviews and knew there was a offer on a soundboard as well,this was not needed and he wasn't pushy at all .
Good correspondence from both richer sounds and the courier.
Only concern was the link for making payment wouldn't work and it was not z hyperlink,so had to manually copy the address ,after all this it didn't work .
2nd option for payment went through smoothly via bank transfer

Really unusual for a business I respect but sadly I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get a resolution for an ongoing issue.
After 5 emails someone finally came back to me, agreed to send a part but that never came.
Back in to the customer service department to try again.

First time purchase from Richer Sounds and I was not disappointed with any aspect of their business. Telesales person was very helpful and they managed to locate the item I so keenly wanted. Five stars to them. The TV (LG Oled 65") is of a fantastic quality, user friendly, easy to set up and navigate. Delivery from store proved to be straight forward and the delivery was on time, they were so helpful in taking the TV to my preferred room. First class service there as well. I was always updated with the progress on the day of delivery. Overall my experience of purchasing from Richer Sounds for the first time was a joy. Thank you for a very smooth purchase and I would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future.

I wanted to purchase a set of high quality blue tooth headphones but didn’t want to go to Curry’s or Argos as I have a lifetime boycott of these companies as their after sales’service’ is non existent and I have had a run in with them about ten years ago.
I was even able to PHONE Richer sounds, talk to a real person and pay for the headphones without the usual long online fuss.
I’ll definitely go to Richer Sounds next time.
