Super Customer Service
I got a few things from this shop, newer have any issue, but on my last order. DPD was lost my order (undelivered)
but on the DPD system was shows delivered.
i fight with DPD 3 weeks. But Richer Sounds Customer Care newer live me alone. And deal with DPD to.
so my order Go true DPD insurance, and Richer Sounds send me replacement. Thanks For all Richer Sounds Team, and Emma From Customer Service.

5 star service
I wanted a specific model of TV and none of the big name retailers in Ireland were stocking it.
Then I found Richer Sounds. Ordered the TV on Sunday night, they dispatched it on Tuesday and I had it 10am Thursday Morning.
I got the TV I wanted with delivery and a 6 yr warranty for not much more than what the others were quoting the older model for.
I will definitely buy from Richer Sounds again.

I ordered an 85 inch tv with them and communication is fantastic. They have it delivered 3-5 working days in ROI. However, I encountered problems of the TV in less than a day, I reached out to them and they refunded me anyhow. I was skeptical at first as I read mixed reviews of them not entertaining customers when problem arises. But gladly they did with me.

I purchased a Sennheiser Ambeo and a subwoofer in November of 2020 and my experience with Richer Sounds was excellent, from purchase to delivery was super quick and the service was excellent.
Fast forward to December 17th 2025 and I contacted Richer Sounds Belfast and that I was wishing to purchase the Sony Bravia 8 II TV, I was quoted a price that was the best available anywhere at the time.
I was told that they could not guarantee delivery before Christmas, but they would do their best, so I could have the TV for Christmas. Three days later on the 20th December, my new TV was delivered, five days before Christmas. I was very impressed with the great customer service from Richer Sounds. The TV was absolutely beautiful. I was so happy with my TV, That I contacted Richer Sounds after the Christmas, about purchasing the Sony Bravia Theatre sound system to go with the TV,. Again I was quoted a really good price and was even given a little extra, off as I had just purchased the Sony Bravia 8 II TV. I had a slight problem, that my subwoofer would not link to the Sony Quad system and Richer sounds did all they could do to help me solve this problem. This was above and beyond as I did not purchase the subwoofer from them. In the end the problem was not the subwoofer but with me. I had miss read the simple instructions. After this my TV and sound system were out of this world, with incredible picture and perfect sound.
I cannot highly recommend Richer Sounds Belfast enough.
Hats of to Kenny and his team, they always look after their customers, so well.

Best prices and TV warranty there is, there is literally no competition when it comes to TV and hifi.
Bought a TV 6 years ago and it went faulty. Contacted the team and had my issue resolved within a week. Absolutely amazing service, best prices, and killer TV warranty. I'll be coming back for as long as I am alive and I will be telling everyone I know about these guys.

Great service and prompt shipping
Ordered a product on Thursday that the Belfast shop had in stock and it arrived on the Saturday; very helpful to me!
The sales and shipping people were both very professional and friendly and had given me the likely arrival date of Tuesday so no over promising there.

I made a mistake on an order i placed after the store had closed and i revived a call from a worker asking if the order was okay and I was able to tell her about the mistake, she instantly reassured me that I would be refunded for the mistake and the rest of my order would be sent out as soon as possible. The record players I ordered came 2 days later packaged perfectly, and I’m extremely happy with them! Will definitely order from them again!

The service was fantastic
The service was fantastic. I phoned the Belfast store and they were able to tell me the stock level of the item I wanted. I could have gone in store to purchase but I opted to buy over the phone for home delivery. The delivery didn’t arrive on the day expected so I emailed the store the next day and they replied almost immediately. They contacted the courier and kept me up to date as the courier arrived that very day. Not often you get customer service like this and their VIP club offered a 6yr warranty on the item I bought which was excellent and at no extra price. I have yet to use the product as it’s a Christmas present but the reviews have been great.
