I went in to purchase a side x side…

I went in to purchase a side x side they had listed on the internet. There price out the door without the tax bill was over $6000 more than the advertised price with shipping and dealer prep and other miscellaneous charges. I don’t know who would ever buy from a company like that.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

This is my first NEGATIVE review ever, but this was the most frustrating purchase experience. Ryan the manager at Hurst, Tx negotiated a deal with me and took my money then did not comply with any of the terms. He is super cocky and never followed-up with me once until I demanded a refund. Alex the Sales Manager is incompetent, aversive, and does not understand basic business. MaKayla is a "nice" salesperson, but she has no idea what she is doing.

Terrible communication and minimal follow-up. Zero integrity. They couldn't get the paperwork out or ship the bike as discussed. I had to chase them around for two weeks to get any information at all. Every day they gave me a different excuse.

When I demanded a REFUND, they kept giving me the run around and delaying. I never received the bike.

So, I am reporting them across the board and happy to let my lawyer take it from here.

Not sure what they were like in the past, but you are taking your chances if you do business with them these days. Make sure that you read ALL the reviews, including the negative once.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't give them your money unless you can leave with the documents and the bike.

Am I glad I read the reviews for…

Am I glad I read the reviews for RideNow! They've been advertising two 2023 Kawasaki KZ-14R's currently advertised for sale at $12499 after a significant price drop from $16599 in January 2024. This is a real low ball price compared to the rest of the current market place and now I see why. Until now, it didn't add up that despite repeated attempts, I have yet to receive any contact from their sales department. I responded to their ad stating that I was a serious buyer from out of state, inquiring about the total "out the door" price I would be paying if we went forward with a purchase. Silence. Now I see why they wouldn't be inclined to engage a serious buyer with cash and that selling phony overpriced insurance, tracking devices and other crap to trusting but unwitting people is their real business. I'm grateful for resources like Trust Pilot and the BBB and sad for those who suffered from their experience with RideNow. RideNow should be renamed to RideNever based on reports of their unethical behavior failing to follow through on agreements and failure to treat customers fairly.

Unacceptable Service from RideNow Powersports Fort Worth

on December 21, 2023 I took my 2022 Honda Goldwing to RideNow Powersports in Fort Worth because of a tapping noise in the cylinder. I was informed that it was low in oil, and that I should change the oil. I authorize the oil change and picked it up the next day. I was informed at that time that the right side side valve train to be slightly noisier than Left but they could not recommend the valve be adjustment because it was not due for that service. (My opinion this should be covered under the Warranty) I paid the $300.65 for the service (not worth it) and loaded the bike on the trailer, brought it home and parked it in the garage and we went on vacation. Once I return from vacation, I noticed that there was a puddle of oil underneath the motorcycle. I immediately loaded the bike on the trailer without starting it and took it back to RideNow Powersports in Fort Worth and let them know of the issue. About 10 minutes later, I was informed by the service representative that the service technician stated that the oil filter and both bolts were tight and there was no oil leaking. I asked, why would there be oil leaking from underneath the bike and was told that it was most likely residual oil from when they did the oil change. I do have an Engine Case Guard/Belly Pan on the bike so I did not believe that the technician had checked the bolts and oil filter in that short period of time. I was then informed that I would have to pay for them to perform a diagnostic on the oil leak if I wanted it check any further. I asked the service representative why I should have to pay for a diagnostic on an oil leak that was not leaking prior to them changing the oil (which was listed clearly on their paperwork that there was no oil leaking) but is now leaking after they changed the oil? The service representative, then stated that they would take the bike in the back and clean it up to insure they remove any residual oil was from the underside of the bike. It took them about an hour and 10 minutes just to clean up the top of the bike. Once I got the bike back home, I put it on my lift, took off the Belly Pan and noticed that the drain plug was not even hand tightened and oil was leaking from the plug. I immediately called RideNow Powersports in Fort Worth, and spoke to the Service representative, and he immediately began to apologize. This was totally unacceptable for a dealership to say the performed work that was clearly not done, plus this could have been a major disaster (burnt valves, or worst a blown engine because their service technician failed to do his job.) If I did not check the oil plug myself and went on a ride that I had planned. This could have been a catastrophic failure of my engine if that oil plug would have come out because I trusted a dealership to perform the job, I paid them to do. This is totally unacceptably service from RideNow Powersports dealership. The taping within the cylinder still persists.

DO NOT GO TO Burleson RideNow Powersports

Please, please, please DO NOT take your Honda Talon to have the Burleson location work on it. I have a 2021 Honda Talon 1000R -4 Fox Live Valve that I purchased at the Fort Worth location with the maintenance program. I have had it serviced at the Forth Worth location seven (7) times without a single incident. I figured I would take it into the Burleson location for the last scheduled maintenance service. It would be easier and closer to take it to this location and figured they would have the same caliber of technicians. When I took it in, all was functioning correctly. When I picked it up and took it home, I decided to put the transmission in low gear. It would not go without grinding. I immediately called the Burleson location and brought it back to them to look at. They called Honda corporate to verify what I already knew, someone at the Burleson location was not competent in driving a DCT transmission and grinded the low gears and ultimately ruined the sub transmission. To add insult to injury, they went ahead and charged me to look at the Honda again at their 160/hr price, it was not put back together when I scheduled a pick up, and the technician proceeded to grind the gears and pop it out of gear again in front of me while driving it into the shop to finish placing the plastic gear selection cover back on. They offered to repair the sub transmission for over $4200 labor plus parts. I asked if any of their technicians had replaced a sub transmission on a Honda, and all I received was a blank stare and a reply of "No". Maybe you can buy a Honda from them, but do not have them repair any Honda product with a DCT transmission.

Be careful, this dealer is a fraud. I bought a motorcycle from him and he fraudulently gave me a warranty without asking me if I want it. I discovered the fraud the day after the purchase and he refuses to return my money, it's really theft

Sold our 2020 Kawasaki Vaquero

We were looking to sell our 2020 Kawasaki 1700 Valquero, we were told one price and made 2 trips there for them to look at it. Then the day we went to do the transaction they low balled us by $1000 saying because the tires that were on it weren’t factory tires. No they were better we told them. Since we needed to sell as we had just moved here etc. we sold it to them. 3 days later they have it listed for $$$$ more with those tires on it that they claimed had to be changed out. We will never recommend them or do any business with them ever again. “Crooks”

I have purchased 5 bikes from this…

I have purchased 5 bikes from this company, 2 in Gainesville, 2 in Ocala, and 1 in Jacksonville on Blanding blvd. the first 4 were perfect, the 5th on however was far from acceptable.... I had just paid off one of the last dirtbikes and asked the sales crew to use that finance company and was informed i had to put down 4000.00. I said I had 1000.00 they suggested we try this program they had to help with down payments, called DIGNIFY. So I qualified for that loan as well and i bought the bike and left. The following Monday when I called the finance company I was informed the finance company didn't require any money down and that the dealership must have kept my 4000.00. When I called the dealer RIDENOW OF JACKSONVILLE,,,i was informed no one knew why I had to have such a large downpayment or where my money went or who we could ask,,,, I will never buy another bike from RIDENOW they stole my money , they're a bunch of crooks

ZERO STARS!

ZERO STARS!! These people must only know motorcycles, because they did a horrible job on our Kawasaki KRX machine that was there for a warranty repair!!! First, they said we wouldn’t like the repair. (Hello, it’s unsafe without the repair. 🙄) Then, they kept the machine for almost 2 months. We get it back and stereo wires were left hanging everywhere. The vent tube was left sitting on the skid plate, which would have destroyed our machine if we went riding in mud/water. Bolts were missing from the heat shield, mud flaps, and they did not put oil back in the machine. Awful service and horrible job putting our machine back together!!!!! They should be ashamed!!🤬

BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!

BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!! Bought a Benelli TNT 135 from them have had nothing but issues with them since. Lied about having to take the GPS tracker off to get me a lower down payment after trying to hound me for a higher down payment for over an hour. However, it was in my initial paperwork of the bike that the GPS was supposed to be in there. Then took my bike back because the front wheel was improperly installed. They gave me nothing but troubles with that until I advised them that I was getting legal representation. Then he informed me that he would not only fix the front wheel of the bike but that they would also do the 500 mile service to make sure that I was a happy customer… unfortunately, this being my first bike, and me not thinking that I may be dealing with shady people I took his word for that….. long story short no service was actually performed and here I am with a warranty that is no longer valid because service wasn’t actually done when told it would and a knock in a motor that only has 2000 miles on it and was basically told that I have a $4500 lawn ornament now. Not to mention that when I first bought it, some of the bolts were coming loose and a couple of them were Fingertight. I took it to them to try to get them to tighten everything down and make sure everything was good to go a and they tried to charge me $125 for tightening everything down however, when I went out and looked at the bike and check those bolts all the ones that were Fingertight were still, Fingertight and never touched. I would highly suggest that you do not go to ride now in Gainesville and instead you make the 40 minute trip to the ride now in Ocala to make your purchase instead and save you a ton of hassle in the long run. This ride now is a franchise. It has nothing to do with the Ocala branch. The Ocala branch was professional informative. And all of their mechanics are certified. Most importantly, it was clean. I would suggest you stay away from the filthy scammers that work at this undeniably filthy run down shop.

Waste of time

I normally don’t leave reviews because everybody has an off day, but this was more than that. I made an appointment one week in advance to purchase a watercraft that was listed on the website. I work construction and we work on Saturdays; I scheduled the day off of work. The unit was a brand new unit that was a leftover from the previous model year, so I was willing to drive 50 miles each way to pick it up. I confirmed the unit was available by sending a link to the website advertisement and they confirmed. I received a text the evening prior to my 9:15 am appointment asking me to confirm that I would be there, and I responded to it.
I loaded my trade into my truck in the morning, and I began driving to the store across town. 40 minutes later and a few miles from the dealership, I received a call letting me know that they couldn’t sell me the unit because it was missing parts, but they could show me other units. I turned around and went home.

Very deceptive dealership

Very deceptive dealership
My $2000 down payment was added to my total sale price on the first bike I purchased from them in 2021.Only noticed this after I paid off the bike. Went back to puchase another bike before I realized the shady contract. I was told I was approved for 0 down and a payment of 130 a month. Told to me by Alexia all I had to do was come down and sign the contract. Loaded my trade in bike and excitedly drove to there 22nd street location. I live an hour away so did everything online and over the phone to make sure my payment, trade in , and approval was done. When I arrived they switched sales person on me and said 240 a month and 2000 dollars down. I asked to talk to the original sales person and they told me she wasnt there as she walked right by me. They work as a team to deceive you buyers beware! Left there and went to Musselmen Honda and bought my bike from Shane. Told him my frustasion with Ride Now, and he infomed me that he quit working for them because of there shady business practices. Shane was straight up with me and is a honest salesman
he delivered on his word unlike Ridenow.

Bought 2023 Kawasaki Mule SX from…

Bought 2023 Kawasaki Mule SX from Concord,NC facility in April. To date unit has been in shop for 2 months. One bright spot has been Dennis the service manager. He has tried his best to work with the manufacturer to get warranty issues fixed. The other management however a different story. No communication at all. Not one I’m sorry for your trouble. RIDENOW has one goal, to separate you from your money. This disabled Navy Vet intends to tell everyone he knows two things.

1. NEVER BUY FROM RIDENOW CONCORD,NC
2. NEVER BUY A KAWASAKI PRODUCT.

Here in Arizona they charge $599 doc…

Here in Arizona they charge $599 doc fee. A great secretary making $30/hr needs to work 20 hours to do paperwork that we have all done at the DMV in 30minutes? 😂 they also charge $500 for dealer prep on a new bike - this is usually a 30min- 1 hour inspection and screwing undone parts and adding liquids. That’s more than surgeons make. Never never buy from these fools.

I live in SW FL and have been searching for a Yamaha boat for a few months. I decided to purchase from this location and have been so impressed with the customer service. From the moment I placed an inquiry on Boat trader till now. All I can say is WOW. I was so hesitant to make such an expensive purchase without seeing it, but TJ and his team have been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to satisfy me and answer my questions. I could not be more pleased and I am in the Hospitality industry so I have been known to have extremely high standards. Well done to the team here. The experience has been amazing. Thank you.
