Brendan should be fired and is a detriment to the business. Recommending a people person with some manners.
I am a large car dealer. Brendan, apparently the sales manager, would be fired immediately if he worked for me. What an a hole how he treated my wife and I on the phone today. Just asked a simple question on the pricing. He immediately said we mark up all vehicles 4k. The one we where looking at was advertised on their website for 7950. First, that is false advertising, which is illegal. The markup they wanted is more than half the price. If I did that in my business I would be out of business. BTW found plenty of other stores very polite and willing to work with us. Lastly, he basically told us to f off and go somewhere else and hung up. Definitely do not recommend Ride Now SoCal in Vista. I can only imagine how their service is if they can't treat their customers with any respect at all.
They know their stuff!!!
Tony, WHO IS A part of their service team at Ride Now, has always spearheaded all of the work that I've had done on my bike over the pasta Years, has done a good job of coordinating the work and resolving any issues that develop, Thanks to Him and the service team, my bike is running extremely well. Thank You All. Keep up the great work.

Bought a 2023 re 350 mc
Bought a 2023 re 350 mc. Msrp 3999.99. Out the door price was 7200$. 3200 in dealer fees and tax. Even worse.come to find out to keep warranty they want 580$ for each service. 1 at 300m 1 at 1000m and then every 4000m. Horrible. This place is crooked as it gets. This was in Tallahassee fl. ill be dOing my own servicing warranty be danged. After a few years at that cost you have basically bought a new bike lol. Stay far away.Salesmen were friendly but if I was taking all your money I'd be all smiles as well.
After thinking about it - it was an awful experience
After thinking about it, I decided that I really needed to write a review about how awful this motorcycle store is. As an example, when you are interested in testing out a new car, you make contact with the dealership and explain what your interests are. They tell you what they have (if you don't already know) and set up an appointment. Typically, when you get there the vehicle(s) are sitting out front all ready to go. You can drive whatever you like. When you complete your evaluation, if you are interested you then sit down and talk about a sale. I made the same arrangement with Ride Now on INA. But when I got there, it was like I entered an altered universe. As expected, the salesmen was there to eagerly great you, but there was no bike to ride. They wanted to whisk me away into the salesmen office to settle on a deal BEFORE I even took the bike out for a test ride. Moreover, while I can understand that you need to have the right apparel and helmet, they wanted MY insurance car for MY motorcycle. WHY? And the motorcycle, if we agreed on a price before hand, would need to go back into the shop for perhaps an hour to prep it for riding. I didn't set this up beforehand to have to sit in a dealership for half a day in HOPES of taking a test ride on a USED motorcycle. This approach is noting short of juvenile behavior. Turned out to be a complete waste of time for me. They need to value their customers more and figure out that all customers are not fools. I left, and will never return.
The price you see IS NOT the price you'll pay
First, let me share the perspective I'm coming from: I'm a career financial journalist and former financial advisor. I write about loans all day long and know more about consumer financing than any non-lending person really should. That's why I CANNOT recommend stepping foot into a Ride Now dealership.
The price you see of a bike on their website is NOT the price you'll pay. Ever. I found a great little getaround bike (a 2022 Honda Navi). My spouse and I rode 'em in Costa Rica on vacation and thought they were fun. They had a 2022 with low mileage listed at $1699. Decent price! I thought this was a bike I could get out the door for maybe a bit over $1800 including TTL and some processing fees. I was right -- UNTIL the finance guy quoted me some figure above $3200.
JD Power value on this thing is $1630 on the high side, so why on god's green earth would I pay TWICE book for a $1600 bike? Well, my friend, it's called BS dealer fees. I was quoted over $600 "make ready" on the bike ("includes an inspection and checking oil levels" etc. to make sure your 1-yo bike is safe to ride) PLUS $599.95 in doc fees. Like, honey, that's more than my hourly rate and I ain't cheap, but 20 minutes of my time at the DMV and one form sure don't equate to $599.
I was explicitly told that these are "fixed costs" and charged on every vehicle, and can really add up on small bikes like the one I was looking at. The FEES were nearly as much as the bike! And sure, dealerships need to make money. Yay capitalism. But the average dealer doc fee on a CAR in AZ is roughly $499. C'mon. Another $100 for a used two-stroke bike?
And look, I'm a savvy consumer who knows a bad deal when I see one. I teach consumers how to avoid bad deals FOR A LIVING and want people to get what they want, at the best price and from the best source.
When this guy said he'd call me if they could get to my $1800 out the door, I said PASS. They've lost my business because it's insulting to play this back-and-forth with me. They knew my price and if they couldn't get it to me on the 2nd call, they've wasted my time and I'll keep looking. There is no reason at all to pay twice book value on a bike when you can have a bike shipped from anywhere in the country to your doorstep -- and likely skip the doc fees and "make ready" fees altogether if you go to a private seller. BTW, I paid $600 to have my 2022 Honda Rebel 300 ABS shipped enclosed transport from a dealer in Paris, TX to Tucson in December 2022.
So, whatever bike you're looking for, go sit on it at Ride Now. Look at options. Get your perfect ride under you and take the time to figure out what you want. And then go buy it from a private party (w/a mechanic's inspection, and yeah, you should pay for that) or a dealership that won't charge you ridiculous "fixed" dealer fees.
If I'd read the TrustPilot reviews before I inquired on this bike, I likely wouldn't have. Now, you don't have to waste your time.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Elliot Winter is an employee at this "company" he is shady business wise and I think he is pocketing cash difference while offering "Deals" If you google him you'll find out the garbage they employ! Beware its disgusting!

There is a reason that this dealer has one star rating it has. Brought in two 14” rims from a Suzuki Burgman to have new tires mounted, tires were purchased from another vender and brought in also. They mounted and balanced the new tires along with installing new valve stems. They removed and installed a new bearing in a clutch assembly which was removed from the scooter and brought in, that took 15 minutes, bearing was purchased also from another vender. The bill was just shy of $250.00 dollars, $33.00 dollars of that was shop supply fees. Still trying to figure out what kind of shop fees would add up to $33.00 bucks when you brought all your parts in just for an install. You know what the old saying is, Fool Me Once, Shame on You; Fool Me Twice, Shame on Me! Never again……

So the price discounted 6000.00 on manager special. When you show up they will charge you 6000 in hidden fees. It's no special same item cheaper elsewhere.
Ride Broke Powersports
Ridiculous dealer fees and made up numbers to jack up the price of the sale. Be prepared to shocked with a 50-75 percent markup from MSRP. Yes that right 50-75 percent. Was there to buy a $7400 new KTM sales manager comes out with a paper with a bottom line OTD price of $12,200. Yeah added 4,800 in fees on a 7,400 dollar bike. That's 65 percent increase in MSRP. Crooks. Just laughed and walked out.
They took 10 days to deliver my bike…
They took 10 days to deliver my bike and after that, they promised to do my first payment for the inconvenience, and they never did, I got an overcharge for the battery warranty that I didn’t want worst customer service I will never buy another bike from this dealer. They don’t even deserve a one
star.
The service I've received is terrible
The service I've received is terrible. RideNow Cave Creek picked up 2 Rykers for a safety recall at no charge. Then held the bikes for 2 weeks without even scheduling the work to be done. I called twice during this time and had to push them to get the work done. I also left messages without a return phone call. Finally, when the work was completed, they would not return the bikes unless I paid a $350 delivery charge, that was subsequently discounted to $100. This charge was attributed to a "new policy". It was a bait and switch to pick up the bikes at no charge (like had been done previously) and then charge me an exhorbitant price to deliver the bikes back. There was never a notice of a new policy prior to this. I have no respect for RideNow at this time.
So their employee Claire Paxton likes…
So their employee Claire Paxton likes to sleep with the clients FYI. She's dating a married man who's expecting his 7th child with another woman and she knew this for almost a year but still hit on him every time he came in, and is trying to marry him. Dude's name is Irish Hawkins. You should really keep an eye on your employees and the trash you hire, very unprofessional of her and she's probably doing this with other clients you have walking into your establishment.

I went looking for a Mule SxS and they had exactly what I was looking for. Sales person Nick was great showing me all about the SxS , very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience!
Service Dept is terrible
Service Dept. is a joke. They had my Viking for a month when they told me it would be a week. They wouldn't call me back for updates and finally went to the service manager- that's when I realized he was part of the issue. He wouldn't call back either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Could not be more disappointed with…
Could not be more disappointed with RideNow. Last weekend they run an auction I was the highest bidder on a bike when the time clock hit zero. I then get an email from Steve Sharkey stating that someone bid $1000 more than me at the last second. This made zero sense as the auction goes up in $100 increments and my high number was not even close to what he claims the bike sold for. He stated if the buyer fell through I would get what’s called a second chance offer.
Yesterday I see they posted the bike up for sale again. I reached out to Steve and expressed I would like to purchase the bike as per their terms and conditions for a second chance buyer. He suddenly claims the bike did not sell because it did not meet the reserve. However there was no reserve on the bike or any bike that went through the auction. It clearly states “NO MINIMUMS” on the ad RideNow was running to promote the auction.
It obvious that RideNow are not sticking to their term & conditions of sale. They are misleading and lying to their customers. If you are a customer of RideNow or thinking about buying from RideNow I would advise you to buy from another company. A reputable company that does right by their customers.
Beware, thieves are lurking here, management included...
It's taken me a while even to consider writing this because I didn't want to think about it anymore. I've had sleepless nights in regret. The sales team and management at this place are thieves.
I bought a new motorcycle that I had my eyes on and ended up paying 14k when the tag was 9k. The sales guy I had to deal with, a manager, told me he could got me six free services for my new purchase so that I wouldn't have to worry about paying to get it serviced anytime soon. It had me distracted and excited looking at my new bike. He didn't tell me that he took my 3k cash upfront downpayment and put that toward the "free services" and still had me sign, unknowingly, a contract that said I owe the whole 14k. I thought I was at less than 9k to go with the 3k downpayment.
The worst part was that the bike was also not brand new, someone else was previously screwed, and they had to bring it back cause THEY couldn't pay for it, but they decided to sell it to me "brand new." It had 700+ miles on it. The lower-ranked sales guy said, "hey. if you think about it, you don't have to break it in!". The issue, I paid for all of the added fees they upsell you on with a brand-new bike. It wasn't new. I made a huge mistake letting them get away with this. I was so excited to get my first bike with my hard-earned money, and I had zero experience dealing with people like this. Huge mistake.
I've learned a lot since this day, my first day buying a "new bike," and I've even been told to get a lawyer and fight this. Buyer, beware, these guys are thieves, and they smile while they take advantage of you and your hard-earned money. Stay away. Other places have told me that they would never do this and have heard horror stories from this place.
I wrote this to prevent this issue from happening to another person. I hope you read this and reconsider doing business at this place or, at LEAST, take someone who knows and has experience buying new cars or bikes. They will probably drag you out by one arm and not let you buy from them.
Took my Seadoos in for service one…
Took my Seadoos in for service one wasn’t running. I was told it was just a fouled spark plug and they got it running. My gut said “well what fouled the spark plug?” They didn’t listen to me said I could pick them up. Took them out within half an hour I’m stuck on the water and need a tow in. I was told I must have sucked something up and it destroyed the wear ring according them completely different problem. So they fix that, I pick them up put them in the water. Dead battery. Also the tail light on my trailer smashed I didn’t notice when I picked them up now can’t prove they did it. (They did)I should also note at the beginning my other ski needed a battery I told them they are the same age replace both of them, they didn’t. When I talked to them they said let me see what I can do maybe we can pay for a battery or something and send me picture of the tail light. That was last I heard from them I texted back called left a message. By now I’ve replaced battery myself and the tail light and I’ll never go back to RideNow again. This also isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue I went round and round with them on a motorcycle a few years ago. I figured though I was just unlucky. Nope they just suck mechanics are not very good communication is horrible overall service is pretty bad and the managers take no accountability. I’m done.
Ryan and lance were very…
Ryan and lance were very unprofessional. Even talked to Aaron the GM of the store. It's sad that it had to get to that point , my business will always go somewhere else for my spider needs. PLACE IS JOKE AND NEEDS ALOT OF WORK.
