Good delivery
Delivery was good although it arrived at a different time to that stated which meant I missed the first attempt at delivery but it got here in the end. Fortunately the underwear was in its own individual boxes as the outside box was slightly damaged.

Colour not as expected
I ordered usual size and despite having lost weight the fit was quite tight. I wonder if Marie Jo are skimping? Only four stars as the pale pink is in fact a pale peach!
Online returns hugely frustrating
I went to my local store in Cambridge (Grand Arcade), spoke to one of your staff about ordering another bra the same style as I had before, just wanted to check sizing hadn’t changed. She measured me on your fitting machine. The size was different to the bra I already owned (exactly same bra). I ordered the size advised on line. It is completely wrong (confirmed by second visit to store). Now trying to return the on-line order and I cannot register my return on your website as per instructions. Hugely frustrating. Definitely puts me off ordering again, sorry.
Edit: Did manage to process return eventually but was more complicated than anticipated. Thanks for your reply and checking on my return.

Great fitting bra
I had been to Rigby and Peller to be measured and bought a well fitting and comfortable bra. These are pricy but last well when hand washed and give your breasts a firm hold.
Wanted another for the winter without going into London!
This was easy to order, promptly delivered and fits beautifully. There was also returns labels and bag in the box should it not have been the right fit. Will buy again, once i have saved up!

The speed within which my order arrived was great. Mistakenly I ordered the wrong size. The return process was horrendously complicated. I shan't risk it again.

Great product & service in the end
UPDATE : there appeared to be a glitch with R&P's emails but, they have since reached out and been absolutely brilliant. Mistakes happen and they have put this right going above and beyond. 5*. Thank you!
Ordered a few items. Package arrived damaged, taped up by courier with items missing. Emailed photos straight away and have now chased every day for five days and no reply. Will likely have to do a chargeback as they obviously don't believe in customer service. Great products but do not buy from these charlatans.

Order not yet arrived with no explanation
They said shipping would be 5-6 business days and so far it’s been over two weeks. I’ve gotten no notice from the company explaining the delay and when I track the shipment it just says it’s “processing” at a facility in Pennsylvania.
