Near impossible to contact
RikByg's employees are not the best at communicating, especially two people named Tomas and Claus - RigByg failed to finish a project in CPH NV, which was supposed to take them 3 days (ended up taking 4 weeks) and even then without finishing it. I have tried to contact Tomas & Claus from the company MULTIPLE times with almost 0 reaction to the fact that they still have my keys, and that the apartment is unfinished.
RikByg keeps blaming another contractor that worked in the apartment, but at the same refuses to give the said contractor's phone number or name.
Would avoid this company.

As previously communicated clearly by both Claus and Thomas, Rik Byg Indeklima is engaged solely as a subcontractor and is responsible for a very limited part of the renovation project at your property.
Our work is strictly limited to the installation of insulation boards. All other tasks necessary to complete the project fall under the responsibility of the main contractor.
Despite multiple clarifications, it appears there is still some misunderstanding. We have consistently followed up with the main contractor on your behalf, but we cannot be held accountable for delays or issues outside our contracted scope.
This has also been communicated to the chairman of your homeowners' association to ensure full transparency regarding the situation.
As for the key you mention, it is likewise in the custody of the main contractor, not Rik Byg Indeklima.
We therefore urge you to direct your inquiries to the main contractor, who is solely responsible for the project's finalization and the handling of your keys.
