What was my surprise when I went to the store yesterday and found out that the voucher they gave me last year (because they didn't want to give me money back for a refund of a dress) had expired !
It's not my fault that there was a pandemic and I think it's absurd that there is an expiration date on my money that I already paid out !!!

Ordering was fine and the items arrived…
Ordering was fine and the items arrived quickly. But whereas the website is in German all other communication is in Italian. Sending back items via DHL is only for those who do not leave home ever. Customer service should contact you but they are taking too long. I will not order again.
