I've used this company for the second time and the experience was just as good (if not better) than the first time. Truly appreciate the honesty and attentiveness provided in what could have been a stressful process. Thank you Rio for assisting me with my move and making sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. Recommend anyone to utilize Rio as I will in the future.

The service here was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had! Two movers, whose names I can’t recall, arrived promptly and demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They were incredibly fast, meticulous, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. They managed to complete three bedrooms, living room, and the kitchen well before the two hour deadline. Interestingly, they arrived after our cable installation and departed before the cable was fully completed. Perhaps the cable company could learn a thing or two from these two movers. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them in the future.

It was great, the guys moved everything without breaking it. Drove safely to the drop off location.

Rio did a good job in our move. We were pleased with the communication, truck, workers, and how they treated our furnishings. We’d use them again. But I hope we never have to 👍🏼

I had a fairly decent experience with Rio Moving. My only negative feedback is that the movers missed the arrival window 10-12pm) and showed up around 4pm. Of course that threw our day off. But they had a good excuse flat tire. Things happen and otherwise the movers were professional and fast. We will use Rio Moving again.

Great experience! Fast and hard working movers. Our movers were so friendly and went above & beyond for us. They were tremendously fast while also being careful of our items. Great experience working with Rio Moving.

They were able to help us move with only a few days notice. Move in coordinator was on phone with me several times making sure everything was going well. Workers were clean, kind, and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. DEFINITELY would use them again. Prices were also reasonable. Thanks for the extra hands!

Initial phase of contract creation was a stressful experience. There was a lot of back and worth, changing the deal that was already discussed, etc. Having said that, the move in itself was very smooth.

The movers were excellent. Great customer service and Tammy, my coordinator, made sure I was set.

They were on time, prepared, respectful, and a really cool/great team. Introduced themselves by name and handshake, got the password, and began. Both of the gentlemen demonstrated technical expertise and superhuman athletic capabilities. They were able to wrap, load, transport (stayed right behind me in traffic), and unload my 1 bedroom/1bathrooom apartment up into a 2 story 1b/1ba in the 2 hour time period. Seconds after the truck was empty the alarm went off. It was magical I swear. I am a single person with the weight of expenses and coordinating and I couldn't have done with without Rio Moving and their help. I have 2 herniated lumbar discs and dont have family in the area to help. Friends all work Mondays. Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend, fair pricing, fast/great/respectful workers (who didnt seem to mind me playing 80s music). Rarely do people want to really HELP you and this experience felt like divine timing. Im very grateful to have stumbled upon your company phone number and to have gotten those 2 movers assigned to my job #.

Rio's did a great job with moving my furniture! They were very professional and on time. They also handled my items with care. I would definitely use their services again.

The service was great! The movers were professional and they got me in and out. The only improvement I want to see is more representatives to answer when the company number is called. Other than that they will call you back and get your service done
