So bad they hid their Google page

River City Management Group - not be confused with River City Property Management, is a 3-person property "management" company. You won't find them on Google because they've hid their page, but you can even see people leaving bad reviews on the wrong business about Julie and Al.
As the other reviewers have noted, this company is run by a couple more interested in making sales than maintaining a home for tenants or landlords. They are entirely hands off and live far from San Antonio. I agree with others that they are rude and condescending, but crucially, the trades they hire are overpriced and shoddy, their responsiveness is terrible (24 *business* hours is 3 days), and their fees are overpriced. When I was working with them I frequently wished to sell my property for how bad the experience was. They were slow to report and fix repairs, they allowed problems to proliferate, and they half a**ed and overcharged on the make ready. Since switching I've been very happy. RUN, do not walk away.
