I couldn't have asked for more with River Homes selling my flat in Hampton Wick. Simon was a really great agent and always had my genuine best interests at the forefront throughout the process. He was not only an agent, but also an advisor, both in selling my property and even helping me with advice on the property I went on to purchase. His patience, understanding and compassion definitely made him and River Homes stand out over any previous estate agent I've sold with.

Caroline Davidson, Senior Consultant, provided the BEST experience I could possibly imagine with an estate agency recently when helping my son to find a flat. He was working two jobs with little time to do other than an internet search which left me to do the leg work. Having looked at 27 flats, losing out on 4 to higher bids, we were hugely frustrated. Then along came an opportunity at Nine Elms which Caroline managed so brilliantly. We looked, we offered and we signed in what was surely less than 5 working days all due to Caroline’s efficiency. She is professionalism personified. In fact the entire office on Lower Richmond Rd provided every detail we could need. If only I had gone to her first! I will surely recommend Caroline to my friends and will certainly ring her in future if required.

Caroline provided an excellent and efficient service helping to secure a wonderful flat. I struggled for months in the search of suitable accommodation in what is an unprecedented time of competition for flats in London.

On first contact with Caroline the whole process from viewing, to agreeing rental terms took less then 48 hours. She was always available via email or call for any queries.

There were difficulties with unexpected liabilities and a lack of transparency of vendor's information. Nick & Tom were professional, proactive and helped resolve issues.

Excellent team that balanced the relationship between tenant and landlord very well. Good communication and a satisfactory handling of documents etc. Always did their best for us and having left Riverhomes, 6 months later they were still chasing old monies owed for me.
