I thought the Ian and Caroline were excellent at River Homes. They always responded to my calls. They were very reassuring during the ups and downs of our sale. They are a great team.

River Homes, in particular Sue Day, provided by far the best service I have received from an estate agent over the 45 years that I have dealt with estate agents.

I cannot recommend them too highly.

This agency is ordinary agency. Until its standard procedure, all good. But they are unable to demonstrates simple humanity and flexibility.
And be aware of agency owner having personal relationship with Goat Wharf landlord as this will reflect on ripping you off if there is a chance.
Be very aware what you are signing. As I asked for Brake Clause, which was ignored and because I trusted it was included as discussed, had to pay them fees that never supposed to be paid. 4 lawyers advised charges are not right.

Truly most amazing agency we ever worked with and we would truly recommend everyone.
Sue (our agent) was the most professional, understanding and kind human being. She worked exceptionally hard to help us with the purchase. You just don’t get agents like that anymore. She did everything she could to secure our purchase. She didn’t have to but she did go above and beyond to help us. The response levels are very prompt and you can always get help whenever however small the query is.

We bought our flat from River Homes and can emphatically praise the service we received from Sue and her team. There were times during the life of the transaction when we despaired at the actions of other parties but Sue remained professional and resourceful throughout. She was a much-appreciated calming influence.

Annabel and Sara were super attentive and always helpful. Whenever we needed assistance with our rental they responded immediately and got things done. Highly recommend their service.

We had a really good experience with River Homes. They have very good local knowledge, they are very service minded, accommodating and the communication was really good. And they found us the most beautiful home! They have responded to all of our queries fast and have been really helpful. Especially the agent Isabella provided top service and was also just really nice, positive and professional. We worked with isabella, leanna and Ines and i would definitely recommend this staff and this agency for other people like myself searching for a lovely place to live.

Annabel and Sara at River Homes were great. I live outside the UK and they were very helpful dealing with any issue, big or small. This was particularly important as I wasn't always there to deal with things myself.
Always professional, always friendly, always available.

I recently purchased a property through Riverhomes and I have to applaud the service I received throughout - in particular from Sue who was fantastic. She went out of her way to accommodate access, deal with the legal side and act as a smooth operator between the buyer / seller.

I work in the industry myself so I know how hard it can be to deliver great service on every occasion!

As a tenant, I found the sales process to be very streamlined and efficient. Once we were in the flat, the property management team (Annabel Siong and Sara Day) were very helpful. Any issues were promptly looked into and actioned. You were never made to feel a bother!

Caroline and Nick from Riverhomes were excellent with my sale. I’ve had other estate agents before who have over promised but not delivered. They pitched the property correctly, organised viewings seamlessly and negotiated the sale, within 12 weeks of the offer. They were supportive throughout the whole process and I wouldn’t use anyone else with a riverside property sale.

Caroline has been so helpful guiding me through the whole rental process, despite a few problems at my end. Ines handled the constant changes of paperwork efficiently. The team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and really care.

I just completed purchase of a fabulous 2 bedroom flat with great views of Hammersmith Bridge and I couldn’t be happier. He even negotiated a better price than any of us expected to get. In turbulent times Phillip, Sue and the team were excellent navigating our family through the selling process, from start to finish. Riverhomes have excellent local knowledge of Strand-on-the-Green area which is a huge advantage for prospective buyers. Accurate, professional and friendly service.

We have just moved in to a new lovely flat rented out by River Homes and couldn’t be happier. They really care: Caroline handled the whole initial process with extreme efficiency and professionalism, but also was always available to answer questions and collect additional information from landlord or previous tenants for us. Ines, who then took over for the final stages, was also extremely nice and helpful, making the process stress free in spite of the pandemic. And then Annabel, who oversees the management of the property, and who is thoughtful, proactive, always available and genuinely looking after the tenants. We were honestly surprise about the level of care and attention all of them invest, and we highly recommend renting with them as it really does make the difference.
