One of the most professional businesses I have dealt with. Always have good stock levels and prices are spot on so cannot complain really!

I will never order from Zing printers/ River Pro Audio. I have one of their zing thermal printers. I have spoken to Bobbie AKA Robbert a number of times and he has been next to useless. He has refused to have my broken printer back under a year's guarantee.

under the consumer goods act 2015 you have to have broken products back as they are not fit for purpose. He refused to let me send it back. Claiming some utter BS that I'm not their customer the person I brought off is.

I'm trying to run my own business here and have lots load of money in wasted time calling these. I also have had loads of downtime for over 2 weeks on a broken printer. I can't print shipping labels or print of small address labels.

I was accused of breaking the printer head when it has hardly been used. I've taken great care in maintaining my equipment. I believe these products are not well made. If they are so flimsy they break from minimum use and from printing 20 shipping labels and about 60 small address labels used for product labels. Then I highly recommend you don't bother ordering any products from these.

As a result of all the stress and ongoing issues, I shall never be using anything from this company again. The is nothing pro about this company I personally always endeavour to sort my customer's complaints out quickly. I have given these a chance to sort my issue out and they have refused to do the right thing. My seller also said they should have the broken printer back and says he won't contact them. I can see why now their customer service is non-existent whatsoever.

I bought some CD jewel cases from this company and was very disappointed with both the delivered product and the service provided.

They advertise their CD cases as of a good quality, but they're incredibly cheap and worse even than those you can get from a standard eBay seller. Cheap plastic, don't close, nowhere near comparable to those on commercial releases. Damaged in transit too, although appreciate that may be beyond their control. Very suspicious of their claims that they actually supply items to the industry.

What really compelled me to write this review was their service. Despite damage in transit, they refused to refund either the original shipping or my return shipping. They seemed reluctant to even issue a refund, it took weeks to get it. So I think something is very shady about this company and I wouldn't risk ordering from them, I'm afraid.

They also use the name RPA Distribution.

I believe this company is fraudulent.

I tried to place an order for a zing printer; I got an error code. I thought it hadn't gone through. Tried again the same thing. I tried a straight card payment same thing again, and because of the error code each time and nothing showing in my River pro account I believed no money would be taken. (I know it was a stupid thing to try twice more.).

I contacted them as soon as the transactions pinged in my banking app via email saying what had happened and can I please have a refund explaining that I had placed an order through Amazon. I phoned them next day and they said "if the money appears they will send it back". So I thought sorted.

Anyway, the upshot is they tell me I have to go through Paypal as they believe I am attempting fraud!!

They have a total of £420 odd of mine in their bank account, they have my money. They have sent no goods. I have told them every step of the way what is happening, and I'm a fraud.

A case has been opened and escalated with Paypal, and I will be seeing what else I can do to stop other people from experiencing this.

Do not buy from them ever!!
