Where do I start with this cowboy…
Where do I start with ROXY LOUISE REC... Well firstly I was made to feel welcome, a brief chat on the phone and then details sent followed by "it was really nice talking with you" and where to go for my assessment, kinship is their name, assessment completed, i was in, and now I must give my availability for the following week, which now meant I was committed, I pretty much gave every day apart from the Saturday but was only scheduled for one day, same thing happened the following week which again was only given 2 days, so, so far I saw this as bad planning and not Roxy's fault, so I told her I am not giving a week of availability and sitting by the phone waiting and losing out on work from others so lets work day to day, i was told that kinship only schedule for the following week once you give your availability, but have no problem in reaching out last minute when someonelets them down, so basically i could see that i was just a spare.. but then I noticed something i noticed with this ROXY LOUISE, her only means of contact is via her mobile, no address, no landline, no assistant, just ROXY LOUISE... who answers who difficult to get hold of most of the time, and will mostly text then answer her phone, so I decide that this way of working was not for me, last day of working 27th Feb in which i worked a 15 hour shift and today's date 14th may, I am still waiting for payment of this shift where ROXY LOUISE is refusing to pay me giving me numbers of payroll and transort at kinship to call who then in return have and are still telling me that its down to my agency (Roxy Louise Rec). so now so to date I am still owed for a 15 hour shift totalling approximately £300, this is very unprofessional of ROXY LOUISE, who would not answer her phone, but messaged me"I am on holiday call kinship" so once again I called kinship who once again pointed me back to ROXY LOUISE,so now I am at tipping point, this is unacceptable and unprofessional texting me arguing with my via text, so I decided to just send a voice note about her unprofessionalism, and she didnt know what she was doing or talking about, followed by her telling me I am blocked and will be reported to the police for harassment, but all I want is what is owed to me, so a huge cautionary tale, in my 30 years of driving, i have never experienced this treatment, AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs

I have just received this message from ROXY LOUIS REC
"[16/05, 09:46] RL Recruitment: Very weird behaviour
[16/05, 09:46] RL Recruitment: Doing a review get a life
[16/05, 09:46] RL Recruitment: On a Friday night
[16/05, 09:46] RL Recruitment: I’ll have to removed and my 100 drivers are very happy!"
I just want paying that's all, am I asking for too much?
Am I being unreasonable?

C2 Drivers
We were in the position of taking on two permanent C2 drivers, Roxy at RL listened and understood our requirements to which she fully delivered.
She lined up six interviews for us, from which two were selected and have now started with our company.
All of this was done within a matter of weeks of us reaching out to her… cannot fault the service Roxy provided, regular messages between us keeping all in the loop, easy to submit time sheets, easy to sort payments, really good and pleased with it all.
Highly recommend Roxy and RL to anyone looking for new hires.

I’ve had great contact and feel respected.
The best company for agency staff
The best company for agency staff! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were left short staffed as a business and thank god we found this company!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Roxy who is extremely professional and great at handling our last minute requirements and always happy to answer any questions we had during the process.
I have since built a great long-term partnership with this company and would never go anywhere else
10/10 couldn’t fault them at all
Good company to work for
This is a good company to work for because they make sure you are paid for the work you do regardless of performance. I faced a major adversary and they had to let me go. Roxy contacted me several times for my bank details so I could get paid. I chose not to as I really wanted the job for the long run not part payment. Work is work and I recommend any decent driver to work with RL recruit.
Top Notch
I have been working with Roxy for the last 4 months recruiting staff , Roxy on each occasion has gone above and beyond finding the right candidates for the role . I find RL a great resource to have access to and the commitment from Roxy herself is exemplary. Whatever your needs as a business I would recommend giving her a call.

DECEPTIVE COMPANY
RL Recruit deceived me into making me think I had a temporary agency job with them. They promised me a permanent job for their client once I completed 12 weeks with them. That never happened.
RL Recruit hired me for the “Warehouse Operative” role. I signed a job contract and gave them my personal details.
I also gave the same personal details and banking details to their payroll company.
The deception is that they hired me for the role with their client, I turned up to the location of the job assignment, and was turned away because the client claimed they already had their agency worker turn up. The client told me that RL Recruit always do this. I had to leave the building as there was no need for me. I texted RL Recruit this information immediately, and they told me to go back to the building and tell them that I was the one chosen for the job. I went back and showed the client my text messages from RL Recruit and the client explained that unfortunately I could not work there because they could only accept the one name given by RL Recruit, and it was not mine.
So RL Recruit hired multiple people for this job and knowingly deceived me by telling me to fill out and sign a job contract and give their payroll company my banking details, knowing that my job never even existed, because it was already given to someone else!
The job itself is real and the other agency worker under RL Recruit was able to work for the client as far as I’m aware, because they were chosen for the job. So essentially, working for this agency is pot luck on if you will actually end up working for a client.
I gave RL Recruit 2 weeks to find me another job since I’m hired under their agency but they have ghosted me ever since the day I was turned away. It has been 2 weeks now of no communication.
This is such an unprofessional agency and they take no accountability for wasting people’s time. Please do not work for this agency. They are deceivers and will not accept blame for hiring multiple people for the same job, when there’s only room for one person to work for the client.
Roxy was helpful.
Great service
Great service. Applied through indeed and got a response right away. Started work the following week. Perfect service couldn’t be happier.
Warning!!!!
Started on a job as bricklayer Wednesday morning through RLrecruitment agency. I worked Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. That was until a phone call telling me stop, I only managed to get 2 hours in.
The following Friday I had been payed for one day. I’ve tried to contact and see what has happened. I’m told the contractor said I only did one day.
Usually stuff us Trades put up with and fobbed off like it’s our first rodeo.
Had radio silence from the agency since so no doubt they ain’t paying. I’m just lucky I didn’t start on the Monday otherwise they would of ripped me of for more than 10hours.
Fellow trades stay away these are just the usual cowboys we put up with.
Also on the Friday they had two labourers that turned up, sent one home on the spot, waste of fuel and getting out of bed for the lad so they ain’t exactly organised and the other likely didn’t get paid.
Avoid avoid avoid
Will absolutely waste your time
Will absolutely waste your time. Contact you but never reply, don't answer phone calls, so many other agencies who actually respect your time, RL recruit don't, don't go near them!
LAST REVIEW REMOVED - DO NOT WORK FOR THIS GIRL
WORST WEEK OF MY LIFE
So, where do I begin…
Roxy contacted me on indeed last year asking me to work for her in the office as a senior recruitment consultant. She was offering the right money so I thought I’d go for it.
A few days later she started to text me and call me all the time, spending hours with me on the phone which was strange but I just thought she is moving the business to Manchester she just wants to make friends.
I started my first day on the 11th of September and here is a list of what Roxy did or didn’t do in the few days I was there.
- did not provide any training whatsoever.
- compared me to other staff saying they were doing better than me.
- lied about people trying to contact me
- lied saying she was listening to calls I had made ( calls were never recorded )
- said I was ignoring the phone and wasn’t doing my job properly ( the phone never rang )
- invited other staff member on trip to London and said I couldn’t go because I hadn’t made her any money yet.
- sending me texts saying she is going to lower my salary.
- refusing to give me a wage slip or p45
- refusing to pay me on the date she said was the payday.
- having a go at me saying she couldn’t get hold of me on a weekend and that I should have been working ( the working days are mon - fri and I had only been in the business 3 days )
- talking to me like I’m a child
- having a go at me for checking my phone in the office for a split second when my 75 year old father was in the hospital.
- approved a pre booked holiday then told me I needed to get an early flight home.
This was only a handful of things I could think of, but it was the worst 7 days of my life. Roxy is attempting to set up a business but she is treating her staff terribly, there is no HR, no trainer, no compliance, nothing just her trying to get people to make her money. I cannot warn you enough please do not do it.!
