Wonderful trip planner to house most…
Wonderful trip planner to house most information in one place. Easy to use and update. Useful to have 150 stops per trip so able to add smaller points along the way, I.e. restaurants, dog friendly, etc. I think a monthly calendar view of itinerary would be helpful.

First time user!
I used the app for the first time. I like it very well so far. Building a trip was pretty easy, although I did use the RT app along with Atlas Obscura, Roadside America, and Google. I really like that it interfaces with Apple Car Play so well. We were on a 9 day road trip with about 8 stops per day (including restaurants and hotels). I had printed off itineraries but never needed those copies. Everything was done through the app.
I believe Roadtrippers will be well worth the cost. We’re already using it to plan our next trip.

Does not give your speed on the map vs posted speed also does not know or can find some locations to navigate to. New to this app so maybe I will have to do more research. Have been using WAZE or google map

From San Antonio TX to Fairbanks AK, and back
From San Antonio TX to Fairbanks AK, and back using two different exit/entry points in the U.S., in a rented 25' CruiseAmerica RV in 25 days... We depended on Roadtrippers often to find us a place for the night where we could hook up to electric and water, use showers and restrooms, and to feel secure. There were a couple of hiccups, but all in all, it worked out wonderful, finding us the RV parks that are off the main highway, but still clean and welcoming with after-hours registration. AWESOME!!

Good concept
Good concept. Not well designed. Not intuitive unless you use it regularly. No phone support!!
There is no listing for adult only campgrounds in their many forms.

Roadtrippers needs good Internet
Roadtrippers was great for planning and finding stopping points before the trip.
I tried to use it in Utah and found it unresponsive. I assume that was because of a poor network connection.
Roadtrippers is pretty useless without good Internet. I got results from Google Maps.

This app is very helpful of planning and tracking our trips. We tend to change things as we go and like how flexible the app is on allowing that.

Guidance system lacking
The guidance system did not pick the most RV friendly routes. It took us down one road in Branson that had a sign at the end that specifically prohibited Trucks and RVs. It also does not give any notice of road construction like most of the gps guidance system we have used in the past.

I enjoyed the ability to automatically…
I enjoyed the ability to automatically load campendium sites on the map. The AI suggestions were helpful and the GPS options were nice.
My struggle lied when I wanted to change dates or delete a stop it left that date empty and didn’t alter my arrival dates at other stops as well as the struggle to stay at one location multiple nights and having to put that sight in multiple to times to accommodate a longer than one night stay.

A safe application to keep you out of tight places.
I haven’t had an opportunity to really use the app, but I did load a trip and reviewed it. The good think about the app is you can put critical information in about your rig and you don’t have to worry about low clearances, small roads and restrictions. I’m looking forward to testing the app out later on a trip to Niagara Falls.

The only way I could use Roadtrippers…
The only way I could use Roadtrippers for my trip was to upgrade. I’ve used Roadtrippers for other trips but they told me I was at my trip limit based on my membership. It was frustrating to use the app with the way they formatted the upgrade. I’m tempted to cancel but it is easier to find places to stay and attractions

Cocoa Beach to Key Largo on Florida HIghway 1
It was great not to have to worry about the route, as the Roadtrippers app, with navigation, took care of that seamlessly. We also enjoyed the locations selected for us along the way, which seemed to definitely be off the beaten track, but so enjoyable as well, such as the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, Lion Country Safari, and the State Park at Dania Beach. It was an awesome trip.

Would like route changes to be easier
I love the AI feature that builds a trip full of suggested stops. The only reason I have it a 4 is because it is cumbersome to change routes, for instance taking Hwy 101 instead of I5 from Washington to California. Or taking one way down and another way back.
But overall it is a great app that is very helpful and well worth the price tag.

Complete and Easy to Use!
With the help of Roadtrippers Copilot I was able to create my first trip, changing or creating new Way Points until my first 2000 mile trip was complete. I tried other trip apps but none compared Roadtrippers.
They offer a 7 day free trial and you will see in a couple of days that Roadtrippers will be your goto trip creator.

First Time Using Roadtrippers
This was my first time using Roadtrippers premium. Once I figured it out it went pretty well. I wish there was a way to replace the dull gray globes with my own photos. If there is a way I have not found or do not see it. I used Waze for navigation only because I am not familiar with the Roadtrippers navigation. Other than that it was a good experience.

This app is great
This app is great. I have found many places to explore and stay using this app. It’s easy to navigate to the next place. There was one issue that occurred on the way home, when I tried to plot the next place to stay it would place the next spot in the middle of my trip instead of it being the next stop in my trip. It was fine from point A to B but not back again.

This was such a helpful app!
This was such a helpful app in planning my roadtrip across the country with my dogs. It helped me plan how far to drive each day and safe places to stop.

Roadtrippers has little to offer without more safety info.
I need more safety info! I planned a drive for my husband to take a vehicle from FL to MN. He wanted to avoid big city traffic like Atlanta so I had to enter several waypoints to route him around big cities. I needed good info on road conditions, traffic (including truck routes) and weather (storms, icy roads, flooding) and general neighborhood safety for choosing hotel stops. Last time we drove to FL, there was heavy rain in eastern TN and the steep mountains and heavy semi traffic were dangerous so this trip I routed him through western TN. Hospital and law enforcement info is always reassuring to have available. I had to go to multiple other sources for these essential road trip planning resources. Please consider adding easy to use resources for this kind of essential safety information. As it is, Roadtrippers is pretty useless, I can accomplish the same thing just using Google Maps. Either way I still have to find essential safety information from other sources.
