The product I ordered was received within 2 days and well packaged. It was bought as a present so I have not yet unpacked it but it appears to be in first class condition. Would highly recommend this company.

I have been shopping around for a pair of Loake Bedale boots for sometime and found Robinson's footwear on line. They were very competitively priced and had a significant number of good reviews. On the strength of that I placed my order and have received excellent service. I was kept informed as to the progress of my order and it arrived in good time. The Bedale boots are superb and after a short period to break them in are eminently comfortable and look superb as a smart casual hard wearing boot. The Bedale is constructed on a larger last and I would recommend ordering a half size smaller than you would normally take in a standard shoe.

For Barkers shoes, Robinsons always has the best prices and the speed at which they are delivered is excellent.

They also show how much they value their customers with the occasional free gift accompanying an order.

I recently bought some shoes online from Robinson's Shoes. This was my first purchase with them but rest assured I shall be back for more as the whole experience was very efficient and trustworthy indeed. I bought two pairs of Loake shoes and I am delighted with them. They arrived safely and on time and Robinson's kept me advised each and every step along the way. Their website was very easy to navigate and the whole experience was very pleasant indeed.
Robinson's did advise that one of my initial choices were out of stock but they then invited me to select an alternative pair or to refund the cost. I selected an alternative pair and Robinson's were very gracious indeed here as they waived the slight price increase on my alternative pair which was an extremely nice gesture indeed..................which is one of the reasons they shall have my repeat business. Bravo Robinson's Shoes and keep up the good work indeed. Thank you.

Amazing difference of size between 2 models of Loake shoes (Paisey & Mc Dowell)
Very disapointed.

Perhaps a little slow in getting the item out and into the delivery system (4 days) but otherwise good.

Took money from my account before telling me the shoes were not in stock. Email them 3 times regarding a refund, which they did not respond to until I threatened them with reporting them to Paypal and trading standards.

Excellent website with good product display. Easy ordering and payment system, together with prompt delivery to nominated address.

Ordered shoes for my Husband and they were delivered without any problems. Simple and easy.

Pair of Loake Cornwalls arrived in Australia in no time and at a great price and included a bonus, surprise free pair of bamboo socks.
