So i wanted to play "Draw me" after some long time no playing (which was 3-4 months) and I am over 16 and the dumb AI told me I'm "13-15". I was like " okay, don't care enough ig" but NOW I can't even ducking DRAW SOMEBODY'S AVATAR but okay worst thing? THEY WANT MY FREAKISH ID CARD TO CHANGE IT AND I DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I've been playing Roblox regularly throughout my first account creation of 2016 and stopped playing at the start of 2026, which is about a decade of knowing this platform. I stopped playing Roblox mainly for two reasons.

The first reason being that I've outgrown the platform and gained maturity to leave for other mature titles.

The second reason has to be what Roblox has done to their platform in light of recent events. Age verification, constant AI usage, removing 2D avatar accessories, not stopping groomers or pedophiles on their platform effectively (age-verification has proven to be unsuccessful in stopping this growing trend on the platform) and making subscriptions to access features that were free originally.

Altogether, I'm very disappointed in the state of what Roblox has devolved into, considering it used to be my childhood game and accessing core features feels like a privacy invasion and even working towards banning users from even accessing games without this sort of age-verification. But I guess the olden days of Roblox were fun while they lasted.

Literally THE WORST application. I was mistakenly transported to Roblox VNG even though I don't live in Vietnam. This means that I have to follow Vietnamese laws even though I DONT live there which is absolutely horrendous. Not only that but EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to contact Roblox support, they always close the case without helping me or even looking at what I'm dealing with. They literally just spam the same automated message which is just terrible. I have tons of receipts and proof that I DONT live in Vietnam but I just keep on getting ignored by the untrained, unskilled support team. DO BETTER.

I have been trying for over a month to get my 6-year-old account "mallomya" back to the Global region after it was hacked. VNG Support completely ignores all evidence (Russian .ru email, Russian payments, Russian IP, never been to Vietnam) and only sends the same template telling me to create a new account.
This policy punishes victims of hacking. I cannot make purchases and many games are missing because of the forced VNG region.
Very disappointed with Roblox support. They protect the hacker instead of the legitimate owner.

Roblox is a cancerous cesspool that somehow still exists in 2026. This "game" is nothing more than a predatory skinner box designed to exploit kids while letting degenerates run wild. The platform is flooded with literal child predators grooming minors in private servers, half-naked roleplay games, and scams that steal accounts faster than you can say "free Robux." Moderation? Non-existent. They ban innocent players for dumb shit while the real freaks thrive.
Every "popular" game is the same recycled trash: pay-to-win garbage, ugly asset flips, and brain-rotting simulators that exist only to drain your wallet. Speaking of which, the microtransactions are straight-up extortion. Want decent stuff? Fork over real money or grind for 400 hours. The economy is a joke run by 12-year-olds and Chinese bot farms.
Performance is dogshit — constant lag, crashes, and games that look like they were built in 2008. The community is toxic as hell: screaming children, racists, edgelords, and tryhards who'll dox you over a pixel sword. Parents, if you let your kid play this unsupervised you're negligent. This app has ruined more childhoods than it’s entertained.
Delete your account, uninstall this malware, and go touch grass. Roblox isn't a game — it's a digital trap for the naive and the desperate. Hard pass. 0/10, would rather eat glass.

IT used to be fun before they got the age verfication. I can't even go in my account to change to my actual real age. Now i am stuck all the games i have grinded so hard now i have to wait for what 6 years 6 years to have acess to them now make a new acc and you have nothing just NOTHING recommand to bankrupt this place on July 4 to make it aware of the problem

The problem with roblox these days is they are starting to lock up games just because they dident get checked and i think thats dumb. I want old roblox back where there was no brainrot games and just jail break and adopt me. please i bet we all want old roblox back.

Reports absolutely do not work with the stupid AI, and my ideas of cool games have been destroyed, I have to pay a thousand robux just to publish a game? And this Roblox Kids and Roblox Select update doesn't even change the safety of Roblox, this new update allows even more PEDOPHILES to go after more kids, I one time saw a very inappropriate avatar and reported that person, still Roblox hasn't even done anything, I can't believe how in August, Schlep got banned off roblox and got a cease and desist just because he was trying to protect kids from pedophiles?! No wonder a lot of people are quitting Roblox, Roblox will forever keep making these trash updates that don't even improve the safety of the game, back when Roblox still had human moderators, it was better and easier to report players, now people can't even be creative and always just use AI, everytime in the menu I always see those stupid "Grow a ______" games with the "GROWS OFFLINE" at the top of their thumbnail to get more player engagement. Go make games on other platforms like Unity or Supercent, or Javascript. Roblox can't even keep up the player counts, Roblox can crush anyone's dreams and fun, and most of the players use their parents face to be sent into the 21+ age group, and recently hackers found that in Persona AI (the AI that is used for the age check) takes your id pictures and doesn't delete it, instead it sends it to the US GOVERMENT?! Roblox will always find a way to lie, but the player count won't rise up until David Bazooka is dropping out, seriously, when it was April Fools, Roblox posted that David Baszucki will be dropping out, I was very excited until I realized it was the first of April, now players wish that these April Fools were real so they can get a new CEO, you can still join Public Bathroom games in Roblox KIDS?! No wonder Roblox only banned three Public Bathroom Games, not every one of them is banned, the rthro avatars are trash and in every ad of Roblox, it shows rthro avatars like it's gonna be big, Roblox wants your money. In the future I think they will remove Gift Cards so Roblox can directly get the money instead of the people who sell it. Roblox must revert these updates. Nowdays Roblox is just stupid AI Slop.

Absolutely terrible reporting, and artificial intelligence is ruining my kid's favourite game! Today my kid came to me and said that an user named herbert2362
(@herbertfunnipoop) bullied him and called him a nerd, my kid reported him and showed the chat logs, but still the AI moderators don't do anything, if anyone is seeing this, make sure to report that person named herbertfunnipoop with an internet explorer logo as his t-shirt, if Roblox staff doesn't do anything, the people who are viewing this review, please report him.

This platform has completely lost its way. Instead of actually fixing the massive safety and grooming issues by hiring real, human moderators who know what they're doing, the corporate executives have chosen the laziest, most invasive options possible.

They rely completely on broken, automated AI safety bots that constantly flag and ban innocent players for normal text chat, while actual bad actors easily bypass the filters. Now, under the excuse of compliance, they are rolling out heavy-handed, nuclear age-gating and chat restrictions that completely fragment friend groups and break the social loop of the game.

To make it worse, a handful of independent YouTubers have a vastly better understanding of platform safety and moderation than the actual multi-billion dollar company. One of them literally manages a dedicated, double-digit human safety team, creating a global ban-list API that game creators are practically fighting over just to keep their servers clean. Yet, instead of integrating these highly successful, human-verified community tools into the core engine, Roblox actively bans and targets the people cleaning up their mess just to protect their corporate image. They would rather force invasive, broken automation onto regular users than spend the money to do their jobs right.

I really wish I could go lower then 1 stars it just sucks I tried getting into my acount that I lost 2 years ago becuase I had 2 step verification on and my Gmail got terminated so I reached out to roblox for help to get rid of it and I even had in my bio on the old acount stating I'm moving to a new acount and it proceeds to show the same exact acount username im using to reach out to roblox support for help. and addition to that I showed actually proof and they refused to even help and sent the same response I got over a 100 times these service is the worse.and to make it worse is that they didnt even try to help me get my acount back even with alot of proof they just dont care at all.

I remember playing it as a child with my big brother, playing it everyday. Everytime that the time pass, they keep on making stupid decisions and cant even keep the platform alive. Everything is now ai and some copy and paste stuff. 0 creativity and ideas always come from from other games. Before, people were so creative. What a downfall

I got freaking banned for 2 weeks for saying ew.
And when i send them a message about why i got banned for something like that, and if they could unban me please, they just said thta i was being rude. Like tf so i wriote a second message about if they could just ban my chat, but they responded the exact same message, copy and paste, h0e´s

Overall, I do like Roblox, and I like playing it with my friends. That's the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars. Their recent decisions though? Very questionable. The AI age verification, the recent scandals, the lawsuits, the predatory people, and the ways they try to fix it have all been met with disapproval.

They recently sued a Youtuber named Schlep, for trying to, and catching a number of pedophilic users on the platform. As well as suing Youtuber Ruben Sim in the past for trying to present systems that would make Roblox a safer platform.

They need to swallow their pride, and let someone else help with their issues for once.
